Great flooring we purchased the vinyl click and are very happy with it. Fast delivery of product too. Helpful staff.

They might be good at installing hardwood floors ? ? but when it comes to refinishing hardwoods, pay the extra money and get a professional company to do it. We were told that baseboards are not removed and that they tape them to keep the price lower. Well they NEVER TAPED them and the damage on every outside corner was a mess and had to be repaired, baseboards needed to be repainted as there’s scuff marks all over. The caulking around the island, bottom cupboards etc etc, bathroom cabinet was destroyed and left up to us to recaulk. Mike made the long winded quote sound to good to be true. Yes, too good to be true. We called a few times to ask some questions after the job was completed, Mike would not return the calls, always had to leave message. The floor did look nice. But ...The icing on the cake...... not even 1 MONTH after the job the gap filler has shrunk and is slowly cracking and dislodging. Yes he said the gap filler could eventually come out..... but after 1 month, I would have expected after a few YEARS..... also I feel that the finish is very very very thin. I can’t see the floor staying nice for long, it’s not gonna take much to scratch/destroy the floors. I was happy in beginning but it didn’t take long to change that. I will not use this company again. Pay the extra 1k + and hopefully you get a better job done. We did get other quotes and I did not want to go with Metro Hardwood but partner ended up choosing them. So guess who else I’m angry with!! I tried writing a review on Metro Hardwood website but choosing a low star rating doesn’t let me sign in therefor his website shows all higher stars.

We wanted to replace our carpet with hardwood and needed to match to the existing main floor. Cosmo came out and did a thorough measurement and gave us a estimate and helped us get a great match to the discontinued existing flooring. Joey did a awesome job on the install of both flights of stairs and the top floor. We couldn’t be happier and the floors look great. Can’t wait to show the floors off after COVID. Thank you so much. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. From the time we walked into the showroom until the floors were installed, we were well taken care of. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the product...enough so to calmly answer all of the wife’s questions and concerns. The estimate was exactly as written with no surprises or added costs. Joey and (forgive me if I spell this wrong) Bryson were the installers and they definitely know what they are doing and it shows in the pride that they took making sure it fit exact... and what beautiful work they did for us. LOVED METRO! Honestly, these guys are a hands on company who offer the best rates out of anyone! We shopped first before going to metro and they were undoubtedly the best priced out there! We got them to install Vinyl and tile in our basement and I don't have a single bad thing to say about these guys. Everything was done to perfection and everything was meticulous upon completion. Mike had met us on site several times and went out of his way to help us and answer any questions we had. The entire experience was amazing and we will be using them again in the future when we finish up our basement. I would recommend only these guys a hundred times over!!

Metro just finished a large and difficult hardwood renovation in my home. They did an amazing job, capable and courteous installers, managed the inevitable problems with ease. The estimate was accurate and detailed. They are a reliable and GREAT company. 10/10

Had our lower floor and kitchen installed with quality hard wood flooring and redone front entry. The installers were superior craftsmen and helped us out with moving items and helpful suggestions. With the sale of our old house we had a very tight timeframe in which to have hardwood floors laid in our newly purchased Bungalow Villa. Kim at Metro Hardwood and his crew really came thru for us putting in all the hours necessary to get the job completed before our movers arrived.
