Danny met me at our new condo in Oak Park right after our closing, and gave us several great options for our new bedroom floors. He took extra effort to give me 4 different estimates for each of the options. While he was measuring the rooms, he also pointed out an electrical outlet issue that I hadn't seen! His team did a fantastic job throughout! They neatly and efficiently removed all the old nasty carpeting, installed the soundproofing layer, the engineered oak flooring, and all the baseboards and thresholds. They were so patient and considerate while I had 2 electricians working on the same day (not exactly ideal, but couldn't be avoided). The most impressive thing to me was their attention to detail and quality work. Even the baseboards were neatly cut to fit around the old radiator covers perfectly. They also do kitchens and other jobs, and I plan to call Danny again for future work.

I highly recommend them for your next project. 1.They were on time for all of their appointments. 2.Danny answered all of my questions and was thorough in his description of what him and his team were going to do. 3.They got the job done when they said they were going to get the job done. 4.They put up sheets to protect the kitchen which kept it clean. They left, and the house was as clean as we left it. 5.The job itself looked great at the end! No splotches, no splatters on the baseboards, no mess. It was beautifully done! I look forward to working with Danny and his team again soon.

EXCELLENT! We had a HUGE sewer repair in our basement apartment where every piece of flooring was torn up. We even had to have new concrete. Once that was all done, I hired Modern Quality Flooring as a recommendation on Angie's List. Danny was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was flexible, even though I had to postpone the original installation date at the last minute. He is very communicative and very professional and his team is as well. The job was done perfectly, on time (actually sooner than expected) and everything was totally cleaned up afterward. Danny's crew is very polite and work very hard. Definitely would hire again in a heartbeat!

Danny and his team did a wonderful job again! We have an older home that needs a lot of work and updating, like most we don't have an endless supply of money and therefore need to plan, budget and update in stages. Danny has been great! He has been consultative along the way to ensure that the overall look I want is achieved and helps us plan for the future. This last job he quoted well over a year a go, gave us a cost breakdown if we did a room at a time, all at once and knowing we were on a budget offered a suggestion to help us get "best bang for our buck". This round we had a custom outlet placed in the floor of my office, wood floor vent installed, curved stairway and a jagged stone wall that they needed to etch around and it came out beautifully (as expected). This is the third time we have worked with Modern Quality Flooring and they continue to exceed my expectations. The team is fast, friendly and do fabulous work! I will continue to use them for future projects and refer them to all my friends and family.

Fabulous!!! Danny and his team did an amazing job in laying floors and matching colors with some existing flooring on our first floor. They were on time, on budget and very thorough in cleaning along the way in the process. This was a very big job and they handled it very well.

Danny and his crew at Modern Quality flooring did an amazong job on my condo in Edgewater. They worked with building management which at times a nightmare but were able to work out the finite details to make sure I was up to our buildings standards. The floors came out Great I get so many compliments on how great my floors look. He is very responsive and oversees day to day operations of his crew. These guys worked their butts off. I had an insurance claim and my insurance only have me a couple days in a hotel. He finished ahead of schedule and on budget. I will be working with Danny again! Thanks again Danny! James F.

Hands down my favorite flooring company in Chicago... I've worked with Danny for over a decade... he's worked for me personally at least 5 times plus dozen of my clients. Work is good, prices are reasonable.
