I'd recommend negotiating the price a bit, as they seemed willing to be flexible and work with us. The installers stayed in touch regarding their arrival time, confirmed all materials before starting, and worked quickly and professionally. They left the area clean when they were done and even left the extra material behind in case we need it down the road.

National Floors Direct did a fantastic job on my carpet and floor installation. Everything was organized very well. The sales person, phone contact and installers were all very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Love my new floor and carpet.

My salesman was great and very patient with me. I changed my mind a couple times with what kind of flooring I wanted. He never showed or acted like he was fed up with me, lol. I also had to change my installation date and the office was very understanding and tried to accommodate me the best they could. The installers seemed very experienced. They walked in and explained how the layout of the floor should go, what they will do to lay it out, how long it should take. They never even took a lunch break.

I am very happy with my experience using National Floors Direct for my flooring project. From my free home estimate with sales rep Ryan through the actual installation, everything was great! Ryan was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He provided several floor samples for my choosing and took the time to listen to my wants and needs. The installation team was on time and worked all day to make sure my floors were finished in that time. My floors came out more beautifully than I originally even expected! I have a big dog you can see here pictured who loves to run around and play so a concern of mine was the durability. Well I have had the floors for 2 months now and they are still withstanding my big goofy dog and the extreme changes in temperature NJ has had in the recent months. I needed my kitchen floor restored due to a pluming issue which caused a flood and ruined the entire flooring. This made it difficult to navigate as I am elderly and wheelchair-bound. National Floors Direct showed up and did an excellent job installing the new wood and were very friendly throughout the process. I now have a perfectly smooth floor to traverse and it has made getting to and from the bathroom exponentially easier. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring issues and needs! All four steps were efficient and therefore excellent. The rep National Floors sent to my house for measurements was quick, competent and made the payment registration easy to understand. The installers who installed the carpet were also quick, moved even the heaviest furniture, reassembling and assembling pieces, and had the room as it was before. The customer service made sure everything was done to my satisfaction afterwards, and the montly payments are doable and no interest for a year! The product is well-done and looks good. I'm very happy. I thought I was going to spend a fortune. But, I did not and my carpet is half paid off and it has only been 5 months. I will definitely use them again.
