Adam, Jacob, and Mikey showed impeccable professionalism in all areas of this project. Each day, they were on time and extremely polite in everything they did. Would absolutely recommend them for any flooring project, and will use them again in the future!

We had our 12 year Oak stained floors stripped down and back to natural woods finish and it looks wonderful. My wife and I are very pleased They were super friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and showed up and finished on the promised days, even with a snow storm. Would highly recommend.

We had a number of estimates to have an unfinished wood floor put into our foyer, living room, dining room and hallway. We had a couple of estimates for the project and went with Nelson Flooring of Stoughton. Robert Nelson walked through the project with us and gave us an estimate for the project which include the cost of the wood flooring, removal of the carpeting and base board, the installation, sanding, sealing and finishing and replacing the original base board. We scheduled the project out several months to make sure Nelson Flooring would be available to install at that time. The flooring crew arrived the first day and began the project removing the carpet and base board and started putting in the unfinished flooring. The crew was pleasant and easy to talk to and they were very neat (always cleaning up each day before leaving) and efficient. The entire floor was installed, sanded and finished in four days with little inconvenience to us. One of the things I liked about Nelson Flooring is that I was not required to make any down payment for the flooring or the project and received a billing for the project when it was completed which was what the original estimate had been. The floor turned out fantastic and we have received compliments on the floor from those who have seen it. One of the neighbors was impressed by the work done by Nelson Flooring and plans to have them refinish their wood floor. We would highly recommend Nelson Flooring for any wood floor projects involving installation, repair or refinishing and will certain use them again on any future wood floor projects.

Nelson flooring did an amazing job on our damaged wood floors. The team was honest about what to expect since the floors were damaged by water stains, multiple staple and nail holes as well as deep scratches. The end result was great.

We have an open floor plan ranch home. Nelson Flooring installed site finished hickory flooring in our kitchen, living room, home office, hallways and all three bedrooms of our house. It was a large project and Robert Nelson and his crew did an exceptional job! Their communication was great throughout the whole process. I emphasized from the very beginning that I was interested in hiring a flooring contractor that would provide quality workmanship. Nelson Flooring's workmanship was outstanding, they were on schedule and their pricing beat the next bidder who was using the same materials from the same supplier that Nelson Flooring uses. Robert and his crew definitely lived up to the excellent reviews you'll see here. Robert walked through our house to review the needed work and offered insight & options for us that felt tailored to our needs/preferences. I never felt like I was being pressured into any sort of "up-sell" and Robert answered all my questions without my ever feeling rushed. Robert immediately came back with a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule our work much sooner than other companies I'd reached out to. Throughout the process, Robert and his crew were very responsive, communicative, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job, seamlessly accommodated an extra transition piece that proved necessary, and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Nelson Hardwood Flooring.

I don't typically do reviews, but the job that they did was the best. Robert and his team were professional, hard working and friendly. He is lucky to have such great people. The floor is beautiful and looks brand new. We were honestly amazed! If I could give 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend them.

We had Rob install new wood floors in two rooms and refinish our existing wood floors to match. Workmanship was exceptional, and we are more than thrilled with the end result. He and is team were very efficient, paid great attention to detail, and were more than happy to help with odious tasks like moving my refrigerator to refinish the water damaged wood floor underneath. For the first coat over newly sanded wood, Rob uses a product that few use. Smells horrible, but produces a hard as a rock first layer. Few installers take the time and effort to provide this extra layer of protection. I would recommend Nelson Flooring highly.

Thought we finally found a professional floor company. NOT! Our first contact was responded to, and we said lets do it. We were ready to be put on the books, and the owner fell off the face of the earth. After multiple calls and text with no response. Who knows if they would leave a half done project if they started. Would not recommend. We own a small business also, and that is NOT how you treat customers.

Terrible customer service......contacted them no less than 5 times via text, email and phone messages. They have still not returned my calls or messages some 2 weeks later. Sad part, all I wanted to do was schedule a job they already quoted. When a company is this bad in the "pre-game" of a job......RUN away from this company.....trust me......
