Vasiliy and his team did an excellent on time and on budget job. We added solid hardwood floors to two large room, repaired damage and refinished all. Our family is very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend their team.

The floors are amazingly beautiful, they stuck to the exact schedule and price quoted, communication was easy and quick with the wonderful person who handles administration and with Vasiliy, and the workers were friendly and considerate.

NW Premium Hardwood Floors refinished over 1,000 sq. ft. of red oak flooring and a full set of stairs in my home. They also replaced the carpet in my family room with red oak, weaving it in to the existing flooring in the connecting room. All this was completed in 4 days and they did an excellent job. Vasiliy and his crew are efficient and hard working. My husband, a fine woodworker himself, is very happy with the end result (he is very picky about wood finishing). Vasiliy's crew worked long hours sanding and preparing the floor prior to applying the 3 coats of finish. I was impressed by how hard they worked. We had 3 coats of finish applied, with a semi-satin finish which provides a little shine, but will wear better in that it tends to hide scratches and normal wear better than higher gloss finishes. We have a small dog so this was an important consideration for us. The finish is very consistent throughout, with no brush marks showing across the wide expanses. The floor looks perfectly level and smooth. Vasiliy and his crew did high quality work for us. My husband and I both love our wood floors!

Several years of normal wear and tear – plus multiple pets in the home – had taken their toll on our hardwood floors. We also had four areas including some water damage in the bathroom which required work beyond just a simple refinishing. We contacted the folks at NW Premium Hardwood Floors to investigate options – other than full replacement of the floors. They were extremely quick in evaluating the situation and providing a detailed estimate of repairing the damaged areas and fully refinishing the entire floor. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The attention to detail was incredible and they truly worked miracles in making the floors beautiful again; you would never know repairs had been made. I hired NW Premium Hardwood Floors to install new hardwood flooring throughout the main level of my home, including the entry stairs. Vasiliy responded to my request for a quote quickly and maintained excellent, professional communication throughout the project. They feathered in the new flooring with the existing hardwood floors in the living room and made a seamless transition between the old and new. Old floor was sanded down and the entire main level was finished with a beautiful natural color. It looks wonderful! Stairs, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, closets and new air vents to match - all look great! Vasiliy and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome of the job. They took care of demo, disposal and left the site very clean.
