Mike was very patient with us, answering all our questions about types of wood, installation methods and his past experiences. The installation was terrific including moisture testing the wood to ensure proper acclimation in our home. The final product looks wonderful. "The Other Guys Wood Floors" team traveled over 290 miles one way to do our floors in Fort Peck, Montana, finished the same day, and then traveled back to Great Falls.. They refinished our wood floors (which were a very dark walnut brown), even piecing along some edges with new red oak flooring. They also put down red oak into a hallway that never had wood flooring before. The men working did an excellent job and we would have no qualms about recommending. They were very polite, explaining everything they were doing, and even protected the rest of the house from any dust that would occur. Now we really LOVE our wood floors - "The Other Guys Wood Floors" made them BEAUTIFUL!
