Jay and his entire staff at Pacific Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job with both the sale and installation of our manufactured hardwood floors. A while after the floors were installed, we scratched the floor moving furniture. Jay came out personally and repaired the scratch for us, and free of charge. We could not be happier with the work that he did for us.

Replacing hardwood floors in your home is no easy task. I searched far and wide for a company that could give me a variety of options for a good price and have it professionally installed. After visiting a few stores, I found Pacific Hardwood Flooring, which was the best decision I've made. They have a massive selection of different hardwoods, finishes, and colors, all in one place. They helped me find a floor within my budget, brought the samples to my home to make sure it was indeed the right floor, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to install the floors as well. The installation went much smoother than I thought it could, it was finished within the time that I wanted, and the floor turned out perfectly. Jay even made sure the color was exactly what I wanted before finishing the job. I would definitely recommend using them to buy your floor and install it.

Look no further for custom wood flooring! Pacific Hardwood Flooring did a fabulous job for us. We knew their work was good, but the rustic look and color we were looking for was not easy to achieve. Jay worked with us on custom samples multiple times until we were completely satisfied. He worked with our schedule too (which changed often). 100% customer-service driven and a gorgeous result!!!

I was running around from one store to another looking for the right floor that would be ideal for my house and style, all what i could find was low quality or way above my budget. I found Pacific Hardwood Flooring online. I've never seen a company with so many good reviews. Jay found the floor that i wanted in the budget that i had for my project without me leaving the house. He brought all the samples i saw on his website straight to my house. Jay and his crew really made my new floor look like a million dollar. I definitely recommend them.
