I would defintely recommend using the Sales Representative Yitzah from Perfect Flooring in the Pittsburgh,Pa office. He worked very hard to locate the samples that I would be interested in. The samples that I was shown I would never be able to locate these on my own. He gave a very personalized service. It was very positive customer service experience.

Bamboo flooring in my LR, DR, hall and one set of steps. I was thrilled with the results of the first job, so I hired them to do a second set of steps, foyer and GR landing. Work on the second job was never completed. After one year, I finally got my money back that I put down. I had to contact the state Attorney General's office. Give them a zero rating!
