My wife and I needed carpeting/flooring for an up stairs bonus room. We shopped in Hot Springs market and were turned off with 3 of the competitor with ambitious answers to our questions ie: material available. what is the best for our application, pricing, Basically, they were steering us on what they had in stock ! In short, We did our business with Pete`s Flooring on Marvin Ave in Hot Springs . Our sales Associate Mike Crenshaw did an exemplar job in making sure we met our objectives. If Mike did`nt have the answers, he either called or got back with us until we had the correct answer. As far as installation, it was done correctly with Ed and his team. What impressed me ... he stopped the job because the stairway carpet needed to be braided on both sides, since the carpet was not going across the entire width of stair thread, it needed to be braided to be done right. Other competitors never mention that ! Moreover our bedroom has 8 pieces of heavy furniture to be moved,,,, Ed and team moved it ...no charge...... competitors $ 100 charge. Ed told me after the job was done, he said " Look, if issues come up with installation call me and it will be taken care of". That reassurance left Myrna & I that we picked the right Vendor. Later on after completion, I met with the owner Pete and he conveyed that he wanted to make sure, along with Mike, that if we paid cash instead of credit card, that we would be reimbursed 1.87%; also, conveyed , that, he was proud of the people working Pete`s Flooring : Stan & Myrna

Very knowledgeable of products as well as wonderful choices in products. Johann was superman on this project going above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of. Hope to get to work with them again.

We purchased Emser tile from Peters Paint and Flooring in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The tile was poorly designed and leaves large gaps because the edge is not straight and therefore it cannot be closely stacked as shown in the manufacturer's photo. I contacted Peter's who in turn contacted Emser, and they will not warranty it. Emser only offered a small discount on a future product. See attached photos and compare to Emser's website for what it should look like (Cascade Mountain Montreal tile). They claimed: WARRANTY Emser warrants only to its immediate Buyer, and to no other person, that its products will, on the date of shipment,meet the terms of Emser's Bid Confirmation, Order Acknowledgement, or Sales Order pursuant to which such products were sold.

The paint department is what I have used the most, and if they don't have it Mike does the research and gets it there, and competitively priced at that. Just an all around nice atmosphere. Low pressure but very attentive. Kinda hard to be both but Brooks and the crew have it down pat.

I purchased Carpet from Peters Paint. Brooks and his staff were very helpful. The installation was done in a timely manner and with excellent results. Brooks even gave me remnant to have installed in a storage close . Excellent company with great staff and management

Peters Paints provided the best customer service and professional assistance with selecting paint and flooring for our Hot Springs home. We needed assistance because we were living in Dallas while making all the selections for the Hot Springs home. We couldn't be more pleased with the paint choices and the flooring instillation. We highly recommend using Peters Paints. They helped us select the paint and flooring. We could not have completed this project without them.
