About Us
The company name, Reclaimed Reserve LLC, was created from an idea of curating a large reserve of reclaimed materials and making it available to the industry. For twenty years, I have worked with my father reclaiming wood and I have developed a passion for old wood. I have established a great deal of experience in identifying and acquiring high quality materials from dismantling old buildings. Networking with key leaders in the reclaimed industries has led to my now current situation of owning a new 50,000 square foot facility. This facility has plans of growing to 100,000 square feet of space which will be able to hold over 1 million board foot of quality reclaimed wood material.
My new facility is capable of de-nailing, grading, kiln drying, pyro treating for export, straight line sawing, planing and molding high quality mill work products. These products to name a few are flooring, staircase parts, trims, moldings, cabinets and furniture. We offer our services and materials to home owners, flooring show room owners, cabinet and furniture makers, contractors, designers and lumber companies.
Please visit Reclaimed Reserve LLC online or in person to experience the opportunity to purchase the finest reclaimed reserve of materials available in the reclaimed industries.

I purchased about $5,000 worth of hickory t&g from RR the summer of 2019. I was building a lakehouse and wanted a natural, environmentally friendly flooring. I spent a lot of time on the phone with James, and he was very friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. The problem is, he gives you incorrect information in order to make the sale. He represented that his flooring could be installed on a concrete slab, and after doing tons of research and speaking with many many installers, this was determined to be a very risky and expensive endeavor. Having already paid upfront for the product, I was stuck. So I then decided to put the flooring on the ceiling panels I was having built in nearby Louisville. Once the panels arrived at my building site and were installed, I noticed many, many watermarks on the installed boards. To say that the installed hickory t&g has been a problem would be an understatement. It has warped, buckled, and even popped off, falling down from the ceiling from not being properly kiln dried. Early on I contacted James about the watermarks and he pointed the finger at others. I will never know the truth. But I do know that I trusted the smooth talking Mr. Brady and got burned. Now I’m looking at hundreds of dollars of additional labor to put screws into the ceiling of my home so that a board doesn’t come down and kill me, my family, or my guests. It was a regrettable decision to work with RR.

If you are looking for reclaimed barn wood, beams, siding, or any thing related to this... well these are the guys. Scott Brady and his team have now done three separate jobs for me. The first one was skip planning and ship lapping a large amount of barn wood I brought to them. They did a great job. I ran a little short on material and they were able to make more that was an exact match and blended in perfectly so I could finish my job. Most recently I had them make a mantle beam for a rustic stone fireplace. I picked out the raw beam and they finished it perfectly for our house. These guys do great work and are very reasonably priced.
