Argued with me about color choice (I wanted darker) and finally agreed to mix half dark, half lighter shade (walnut). Floors were too light so my husband asked him to redo, which he would only do for full price. Called him back 5 years later to do a repair after we had some construction done. When he pulled up his records, he noted that the stain was straight walnut!! He had lied and did not mix. Clearly after 5 years he forgot about his lie. Also, several places where poly topcoat did not wear well and bubbled almost immediately. I do not recommend.

Excellent work! We are please with quality and affordability of the work that they did. Rees and his colleague, Leo, were great to work with -- timely, trustworthy and dependable. We had the floors refinished, after being covered up for 15-20 years and another 20 years of wear and tear. The floors look great and they got the job done and were flexible around or schedule. There was one spot that was a little rough after some dust came in through and open door. Rees came back personally to fix the job and he was excellent and professional to work with. I would recommend them to all.
