We recently had Renovation Flooring install engineered hardwood floors in my home. From the very beginning, the customer experience was excellent. Craig and Brandon from the management team were extremely professional and guided me through the entire process. The installation team consisted of John and Edson along with several others and worked tirelessly throughout the process. The installation team showed up on time, well prepared and provided excellent service. They cleaned up after themselves each day and finished the whole project on time. We purchased carpet for our two bedrooms from Renovation Flooring. John Duttweiler, our sales person, did a great job for us. When he came out to measure our rooms, he worked hard to minimize seams and reduce waste. This made for a much better finished product and a very competitive price. On the day of the install, John arrived to review the install plan with the team. The installers were on time, professional, and we are very please with the installation. I had searched for 3 months for a terrific 15 x 12 rug for my bedroom. Then I found Renovation Flooring in Inlet Beach, FL (also in Miramar FL). Rick helped me select a carpet and suggested binding which turned the carpet into a rug, just the size I needed! What a delight stepping onto a soft, high pile rug in the mornings. I went to multiple flooring stores and found this gem after weeks of searching. Cheri Davis spent the next few weeks helping me pick the best flooring for my home- I am indecisive but her knowledge and expertise led me to make the absolute best choice! I seriously couldn’t have done this without her. My only regret is that I didn’t have them install this product (as I am a DIYer and wanted to do it myself) because months later, I’m still installing my Nuvelle flooring but the portion that I have laid looks absolutely stunning! I had a couple of snafus during the process but Mike (the owner) and Cheri went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. They are the absolute best in Destin and had the lowest prices for all the products I researched, if you found a better price, they beat it. Hands down- incredible company!

We had initially planned to use one of the boxstores in our local area for updating the flooring in our kitchen along with a new backsplash. However, after hitting a couple of snags, we turned to Renovation Flooring. Cheri, our Flooring Specialist, was so helpful from the get-go. She is very personable and she strives in not only just getting the job done but also in providing her client with exceptional service. She worked with me at their store going through many samples based on what we wanted and even delivered backsplash samples to my home. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always available for any questions I had. The installation crews were also outstanding. Igor and his assistant were exceptional young men. They showed up on time and were ready and prepared to work when it came to installing our flooring. We installed vinyl plank over existing tile and encountered several issues with the extra floor height that we had not anticipated. However, Igor efficiently and effectively worked diligently to resolve the problems resulting in a beautiful floor that made our kitchen look brand new. Our new backsplash looks beautiful as well. Without hesitation, I recommend Renovation Flooring, whether it be for new build or updating an existing area. They have an extensive showroom of products and their prices are competitive with other retailers in the area. You will not be disappointed!

Cheri had a very good rapport with us as customers and also with the installation crew. We were pleased with the final result. Our new flooring is beautiful. There is room for improvement, however. As a licensed interior designer it is extremely important that I bring my clients to reliable source for their new construction and remodeling needs. They have a wide variety of selections and do a great job of overseeing the project from product selection to installation.

New LVP floors in the condo look great. Cheri Davis was very helpful and great to work with. Their showroom is incredible. Tons of selection; many brands that other showrooms don’t have! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the project took so much longer and cost so much more than quoted. It was probably not their fault. The installer had to remove around 1300 square feet of Saltillo tile. I don’t think they had ever done that before and were not prepared for what a huge and laborious mess it would be! It took them a while to finish up a few tiny details, but it’s finally done and looks great!

My husband and I are having a new home built and I needed to select tile for my kitchen and four bathrooms and I was doing this without the help of a decorator. Installation of tile flooring and backsplash was suppose to take 9 days. After a month Renovation flooring was not allowed access to my condo. Subway backsplash had 4 rows going up the wall on one side and 5 rows on the other wall where the cabinet door could not open. Grout lines on floor were all inconsistent. Waste water poured in tub and garbage disposal. Garbage disposal was broke. Grout smeared on bath tubs, drapes, walls and baseboards. Base of toilet broken. Another flooring company and professional grout cleaning company had to complete.

They did a great job. Communications were steady. The carpet was installed quickly and looks great. They did not sacrifice quality for speed either.

Tile floors are 2” out of level from one end of the room to the other. So bad that we had to put 1” blocks at one end of the kitchen table to level top. They denied responsibility to level tiles claiming its only important they don’t “tilt”. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and remedy. Sloppy grout work that took multiple return trips to clean. The day after I paid them I discovered a toilet they reset which was leaking had been used to dump cleanup water. When I asked them to come back they denied responsibility for resetting the toilets. I paid them $45 a toilet and may I mention their crew did reset the toilet. I guess they reset them but they’re not responsible? Hmmm. Nevertheless there are plenty of other tile contractors in Destin. I would not recommend these guys.

what a refreshing experience to work with the guys and gal at Renovation Flooring, after much work done to our place (new AC, foam insulation and water heater ect) we got to work with some of the best people around. Mike Anderson of Renovation Flooring gave us a comparable price to the other companies that we got bids from but what made his bid different, is he gave us an option to do the demolition of our existing flooring ourselves. This saved us tons of money BUT it was tooooo hard of work, (we should have let the RF guys do it ), The installers were courteous, and spent an entire weekend at our place to make sure the job was completed in the time that was quoted. We probably weren't the greatest people to work for as we have a service business ourselves and every dollar counts, but what is so amazing is the way my floors turned out. We went with a vinyl that looks like hardwood throughout my entire 2000 square foot home. It is just beautiful and have had so many compliments on it. Randy Kukla of Renovation Flooring was our sales guy and he was very helpful in helping us decide which way to lay it, and even today I texted him to find out the best product to use on my floor to clean it. I would recommend Renovation Flooring to all my friends and family!!!

Renovation Flooring installed new LVT flooring in our existing preschool and new expansion building. The finished product looks great and is holding up beautifully to our daily use. The job was priced right and completed on schedule. The customer service from start to finish on the project from all areas, sales and labor, was professional. I recommend using Renovation Flooring and will use them again for future projects.

Had all the flooring replaced in our home. Chris, who handled the administrative end, did a phenomenal job getting everything lined up, getting the materials ordered, and communicating with us. Randy and Tommy, the installers, were amazing- moved the furniture around while they did the installation- was a minimal inconvenience. All three of these guys were highly professional. We built our forever home in Santa Rosa Beach and worked with Renovation Flooring to do wall tile and flooring. The pictures I am attaching show the house prior to completion and cleaning, but we hope to have some better ones soon. Their prices were excellent, and they were just great to work with, from the selection process to ordering the tile, and great customer service throughout. Paige, their designer, helped us make sure that our paint colors talked to our tile and to our carpet, and we could not be happier with the way everything has come out. We were given the name of this company by the company that is doing our Quartz countertops. We had multiple meetings with other contractors, but Renovation Flooring impressed us with their knowledge, attitude, and suggestions for our master bath remodel. We took everything to the studs, and needed existing tile floors removed and new flooring replaced and a new Master shower designed and tiled to try to accommodate our original glass door, plus make the shower more handicap accessible for possible future resale. They had wonderful ideas many of which we utilized and happy we did. We were extremely impressed with on-time, professional, and courteous attitudes from all of the crew and the cleanliness of their appearance and work-site. The job was completed in what we consider a great time frame and the finished look is even better than we anticipated. We are already getting estimates on more remodeling from them and look forward to doing business again with Renovation Flooring. Mike from Renovation flooring provided us hard wood flooring and carpet when we built our home. He was professional and every time we have guests they always compliment our floors. Mike and his guys at Renovation Flooring did a great job remodeling my master bath. The project came out beautifully. It was also a very easy process, as we had knowledgeable help when it came to narrowing down the many product options and had contractors that were prompt, clean and friendly. I was also very happy that the project was finished in a reasonable time frame AND I saved maybe 15-20% vs. local competitors. I plan on using them again in the near future for a flooring project.
