Signature Innovations was an outstanding partner. I built a small second home about 1000 miles from my full time residence and they seamlessly worked with my out of town contractor. I was able to select the wood flooring locally and then they coordinated all the manufacturing, shipping and delivery with my out of town team. They provided clear communication and instruction to my on site team during installation. Overall, a beautiful high quality product with an outstanding client service team. I highly recommend their product and service. 5 stars!

I built a new home last year and Signature was recommended by my builder. I hadn't heard of the company so I decide to visit the showroom with my husband and see what their company was all about. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owner and shown around the showroom and the plant area where actual production of the flooring takes place. It was truly amazing the craftsmanship that is used producing each flooring by hand. We were sold and now have a beautiful White French Oak flooring throughout our home. We love our floors and highly recommend them for your flooring projects. On a side note recently one morning I woke up to spots on the flooring in my kitchen. No clue how or what they were. I called and sent in pictures and within a few days they came to look. It was determined to be red wine and it was able to be repaired that day making my floor in that area look brand new! Thank you!

My wife spent a lot of time and energy looking into the flooring we would use in our kitchen/dining room and hallway. We wanted a wood flooring, and were told by our general contractor that an engineered floor was the way to go. Most of the engineered wood flooring we were seeing, however, just didn't look that good. Until we came across the wood flooring from Signature Innovations. Wow! We wanted a floor that had character and didn't look "new". Well, Signature Innovations sure delivered. Louise and Tom were easy to work with and met our expectations in a timely fashion. French Oak is beautiful! We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

My husband and I hired Signature Innovations, LLC to replace the floor in our downtown Chicago condo. Tom was instrumental in helping us achieve the look we wanted - completing multiple finish samples, recommending the perfect wood species, and helping us select the appropriate width of the boards. His team demonstrated professionalism at all times and Tom's attitude that the customer comes first was apparent throughout the process. The finished product (7 inch oak flooring, laid diagonally) is beautiful. Tom and his team were the ultimate professionals. We recommend him to everyone that comes into our home.

I found Signature Innovations by searching for rustic hardwood flooring for a house that I had bought and was remodeling. After seeing multiple pictures from various sites on the internet I found that most all the floors I was interested in came from Signature Innovations. So I contacted them regarding what floor I was interested in. Maria was very prompt to reply to my email. I then called with some questions and spoke with Tom. Everyone was unbelievably nice and helpful. I was so impressed I flew to Chicago to see their showroom...Amazing!!!! The entire showroom was mine to browse and they were constantly taking notes as to what my preferences were. Tom took time to teach me about the quality of the fabrication of his flooring. He also showed me the floors being prepared in their warehouse. Unmatched attention to detail from the fabrication of the flooring to actual packing and shipping of the floor. Tom then worked directly with my installer to insure proper installation. Signature Innovations leaves nothing to chance. The entire process was a joy. I feel very blessed to have found Signature Innovations. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality hardwood flooring to contact Signature Innovations. Tom and his team installed custom French Oak Bronze flooring in our remodel of main floor. The flooring is absolutely gorgeous and we love it!! They were very easy to work with. We would recommend to everyone.

Signature was everything we had hoped for. They were thorough, attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Knowing what I know about them now, having completed a large new construction, we would without hesitation have them do our flooring again. It enhances our new home significantly and we consistently receive comments on its beauty. Tom and Louise were spectacular! Once installed there was a little tweaking and they gladly returned to make minor adjustments. Love to work with people that take genuine pride in their work.

Great job! They were able to match our older wood flooring perfectly! We had a very specific color in mind which they matched perfectly. We’ve done many a remodel. Would highly recommend this flooring company. Five star!
