Speers Flooring (Vince (Sensitive Information Hidden) and his team Shameem) did an outstanding job of tearing up our old carpets and laying a new floor. Shameem and his team are very friendly, answering any and all questions related to the work. They are very respectful and took extreme pride in their work, doing their utmost best to ensure our home was left very clean considering they did all of the cutting indoors. I would highly recommend them any day of the week.

I needed new flooring (carpet removed and replaced with vinyl floors and I wanted it done asap. Vince made that happen! He got my install in a timely manner and kept me informed the whole time. There was a major change to my install which added an extra thousand for sure in labour but Vince didn’t change the initial quote. Instead he absorbed the cost himself. Amazing. Where do you find companies like this nowadays?? Thank you Vince and his team for a great job!!

This is the third time that I have used Speers Flooring, and as usual have had the best experience. The project was co-ordinated with me being overseas, and they helped me with product selection remotely. Tiles, carpets and hardwood was removed and an awesome new luxury vinyl plank installed. Working in a Condo building comes with its own challenges and there were no problems from the Building Manager. A well co-ordinated, on time, no issues project, I will continue to do business only with that company. They are consistantly on point in every way.

We recently contracted Speers to redo our entire main floor and breezeway with luxury vinyl...we have used Speers on 2 previous projects over the last 15 years in 2 homes. . Every aspect of their operation is exceptional....the retail folks at the store, the owner who provided quotes and options and the installer; he was a master tradesperson who respected our home and made the job absolutely perfect. They made the whole process so easy and trouble free.

Excellent service from Speers Flooring. We had a complicated project requiring a cement floor to be properly levelled prior to the installation of the hardwood flooring. The consultation prior allowed us to make appropriate decisions. The installation was on time and professional with attention to detail to ensure the flooring and baseboard moulding installation was excellent. The guys cleaned up all work areas and respected our home during the install.

They installed the Hallway and Family Room many years ago and they are still looking great. This year they installed new flooring to the Kitchen and Laundry room. All looks great. Great service, products and installation. We would recommend Speers Flooring to anyone. Ask for Vince!

The material and workmanship were excellent. The job was done as promised. My only negative concern was the labour charge as it was more related to installing hardwood than vlp. Vlp is not as labour intensive
