Spire Wood Flooring

I hired Spire to refinish the existing hardwood floors in my dining and living room and it was the right choice. Chris and Anthony were professional, communicated extremely well and met my aggressive timeframe. Anthony came out replaced a few damaged boards and provided a several stain samples for us to choose from. His knowledge and recommendations gave us comfort, and their technician who refinished the floors couldn't have been nicer and accommodated the carpet contractor I had working in the rooms adjacent to him with no problems. The finished floor exceeded our expectations to the point where when people come in my home their first comment is about how much they love the floor or how good they look, not the kitchen i just fully renovated!!. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood flooring or refinished.

We hired Palandro to install 1800 square feet of hardwood flooring and convert our staircase to matching wood. We chose 3/4" thickness solid white oak, 3 1/4" width, rift and quarter sawn. The stair treads match the floors and the stair risers are white. The pictures of the finished work speak volumes about the expertise of Anthony Palandro and his crew. When we first contacted Palandro, we had about 4 weeks until we were planning to move into our new house and had to have the floors finished before moving day. Anthony came to visit our home, measure for an estimate, and show some samples. He provided a quote in a few days, as promised, and we hired him. Because of our moving timeline, he decided to install the floor over Labor Day weekend and his crew completed the floor in 5 days. Sanding and finishing started the next day. The floors were dry and able to take furniture a week before our move date. Anthony was easy to reach throughout the process and very easy to work with. He coordinated delivery of wood to our home and gave us updates every few days on the project. He and his team addressed every detail of the installation and gave us confidence that we'd chosen a good contractor. We were especially impressed that they worked through a holiday weekend. We couldn't be happier with how our floors and stairs turned out! I highly recommend Palandro for any flooring work.
