The Carpet Shoppe

About 20 years ago, Mike Bland from the Carpet Shoppe came to one of my jobs and asked me how the Carpet Shoppe could earn my business. I told him If they could supply quality installation and product at a fair price,be on schedule and provide great post installation service if needed, I would try them on my next project. 20 years later, the Carpet Shoppe has lived up to every expectation I had. I consider them a valuable partner and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Bob and Zach from The Carpet Shoppe in Steamboat Springs. They always have the latest products and are more then willing to help out with problem solving when it comes to carpeting. They always accommodate our seemingly tight schedule for installs and they always look great.

My wife and I are in the process of showing and selling our home when our beloved dog tore a section of our carpet up. In a panic, I called Carpet Shoppe because the reviews online said they were reasonable to work with. They were very friendly on the phone and listened to my situation, gave me a rough estimate but told me I would have to wait until the "estimate guy" could come out and give me an exact number. I explained to them that we are showing our home on almost a daily basis and needed this fixed ASAP. They assured me he would call me as quickly as he could and that they understood and would try to help. No one called me by the end of the day and I waited until after noon the following day to check back with them. Come to find out, no one had written my information down, no one had any idea who I was or what my issue was and I had to reschedule a call from the "estimate guy" all over again. They also tried to tell me that he makes his own schedule so they had no idea when he would contact me but again assured me that it would be by the end of the day. I am now 24 hours past that second call and still have not received a call about my repair job. Super unprofessional in how my job was handled and I will take my business else where. I also will not be recommending them to anyone for business and will be posting this review on as many sites they are affiliated with as possible.

Superior Service! It is a pleasure working with Suzi Devore at The Carpet Shoppe. She is a true professional and gives a high level of service, even for the smallest of jobs. I recently had a client who needed a small amount of carpet. The size of the job in no way changed the level of service. Suzi worked with me, scouring numerous books to find the perfect carpet for the client. Throughout the entire process, Suzi continued to deliver that same level of top-notch service. I highly recommend Suzi Devore and the Carpet Shoppe!!

I've used Aaron and The Carpet Shoppe for years because of their excellent customer service, broad product line and expert knowledge about the best specific products for my clients' needs. They are incredible to work with, both as a designer and a client (of which I've been both). We had the linoleum in our kitchen and the carpet in our living room and hallway replaced with ceramic tile.

We use Aaron Paddock, sales consultant at Carpet Shoppe, to assist us with our flooring needs. Aaron is not only a kind and courteous sales consultant, but will come to your home and help with design so your flooring compliments all other aspects of your home. I have used Aaron for my own home as well as flip homes and rentals. I will continue to use Carpet Shoppe for all my flooring and tile needs as long as I can work with Aaron!!
