Huge selection. Overwhelming at first but the staff walked me through the process. Next time I renovate I'll definitely be back.

They have faulty merchandise and want you to pay for it. Lousy customer service! Avoid them at all costs, Home Depot has better flooring at better pricing.

I was promptly greeted by Julie Gurrero upon entering the Sunnyvale Floor Store. She listened to my needs and pointed me to the luxury vinyl plank flooring appropriate for my bathroom remodel project. We reviewed options together and I quickly recognized the same flooring and colors that a local competitor had for sale. Julie offered a price per square foot more than half the price that I was quoted by a local competitor - for exactly the same product! Julie loaned me samples so that I could match them with my home decor and a few days later, I returned to purchase the flooring. The ordering and payment process was quick and easy, and my flooring arrived about a week later. Due to travel, I had Julie hold my flooring at the store until I could pick it up after work, about two weeks after it arrived. The flooring was delivered to my car, I signed for "delivery" to my car, and I was off! What a great experience it was to work with The Floor Store, and mort especially, Julie! Thank you, Julie!

This was my first time visiting The Floor Store while getting started on a remodel and the young lady I worked with, Diamond, was great. She was super helpful in guiding us through the process and very knowledgeable about the products. We definitely look forward to working with her!

Damian went above-and-beyond is an understatement. This is my first experience with the Floor Store. They will be my new go-to store for everything floor. Damian recommended the perfect products to eliminate height issues and was proactive in lining up an alternative for potential covid delays. Hank managed the install, which went seamlessly and finished ahead of schedule. The floors are stunning, I couldn't be happier. A shout out to the entire install crews! I saw my friend's beautiful bamboo hardwood floors in her beautiful Palo Alto house. They bought them from San Carlos Floor Store for a great price. I checked out many other stores until that day and I could not find anything that I liked so much at such a reasonable price. The price was unbeatable and the color+ quality was great. The next day, I went to San Carlos Floor Store and put payment of $ 75.00 ( counts towards your materials later) right away so that Patrick could come and measure my house. Patrick is amazing, so much fun to work with, and gave me his opinion about not covering the closets; that's honesty! His measurement was accurate. I only had one box left after the installation and that's exactly what one wants. I got my first estimate from one of the sales associates and then Jennifer, the store manager, worked with me thoroughly. It was a pleasure working with Jennifer. She has great people skills and is a strong problem solver. Another branch store is only one mile away from my house; she facilitated my materials pick up from that store and I saved time and money. Jennifer went above and beyond during my project and I told her that her middle name should be customer delight. She is an expert in her store and shared her knowledge with me generously. She owns any challenge. You can hear the smile in her voice and it is contagious. I bet she brings customers back to the store after the first experience with her accountability. I made a huge mistake by not agreeing to the Floor Store own the full project and use their services for labor. I used an independent contractor. Jennifer heard my experience with the contractor and is supportive of me even though it does not bring a dime to her account. She is that strong customer advocate; it is all about customer care and delight. When I buy my materials from the store next time, I am making sure that they are also installing. I am not buying anything from any other brand after this experience. Thank you for being there, Jennifer.

I had planned on visiting several stores in my area, but stopped after my visit to the floor store. Thankfully, Reggie simplified the entire process and everyone loves my new carpet.

Excellent job from start to finish. When I first decided to get new floors in my living/dining area I had no idea what I wanted. When I walked into the Dublin store and the sales person, Chris, helped me, I walked out with 5 beautiful samples. He was so helpful in assisting me in determining what type and color. I was also pretty amazed at the final cost, which was very reasonable. The workmen who came were very courteous and professional. They did the entire job in one day with minimal disruption. When I walked into when finished, I just couldn't believe how beautiful my floor looked. I couldn't be happier.

The Floor Store were always prompt returning calls, and made the entire process quite smooth, all the way from educating us in the difference between types of carpet, to scheduling and arranging the day for installation, and the installation itself. Their prices are also very reasonable. I'd recommend them without reservation to others.

Reggie provided excellent advice and service as we decided on the flooring for our kitchen. He diligently followed up to keep us current on the delivery dates. The product was exactly as we expected and we are very happy with it.

From purchasing our new flooring with Cheryl, who is very knowledgable in all the different floorings. To installation with Larry, we had outstanding customer service. Larrys' attention to detail was 100%. Very happy with our new floors!!!!

The Floor Store has carpeted my bedrooms, put linoleum down in my kitchen, put in bamboo flooring in my living room, dining room and hallway, and tile floors in both bathrooms. They have high quality products, excellent sales service and experienced installers. I’ve never been disappointed and am happy to recommend them.

Suffered a fire resulting in need for new flooring throughout house. Company and their installers provided a quality product from a wide range of choices and oversaw expert installation. Called upon the "team" for later kitchen floor water damage and received same timely execellent results.

Project contract date was 12/26/2017. Estimate was $1,000. Paid in full in advance of work. 76 square feet of entrance way with COREtec Plus 7in x 48in Plank vinyl flooring. Completed about 01/23/2018. Two installers were excellent.

As an interior Designer I'm always looking for vendors I can build great working relationships with and The Floor Store in Dublin is one of my favorite places to bring my clients to. I've been working with The Floor Store in Dublin for many years and have been very happy with their services. I worked mainly with Rachelle and she is absolutely wonderful! No matter what your budget is, you will find numerous options for wood, carpet and tile. Rachelle is very knowledgeable and really fun to work with. The store also offers installation services and they have done an excellent job every time. I highly recommend them!

The Floor Store - Concord, CA - Usually with home improvement projects there is something to complain about or at least critique. Not in this case. Two components involved with Tarik Mellali involved in both. First was the choice and purchase of flooring. We opted for extensive tile work in virtually all of the living areas of our home. Tarik found tile at a fair price that was quality material and provided the right look for the home. Second was installation by Miguel and his team coordinated by Tarik. Miguel was on time every day and perhaps the hardest working and most precise craftsman I have observed, and his various team members did fine work as well. With Miguel and team in the house every day for over a week it was a pleasure having such cheerful workers around who obviously took pride in what they did and kept the house and outside work areas tidy and as clean as feasible. Of course Tarik followed up during and after installation to see that all had gone well. Bedrooms to be re-carpeted soon and certain where we will shop.

Brian Martin is an excellent salesman. He zeroes right in on what you want and shows you what you are looking for. Very responsive and easy to work with. The guys who laid the floor were also excellent and did a terrific job. Very professional and with a good sense of aesthetics. They cleaned up afterwards too! I'm really glad that I bought locally.

I hired the Floor Store to provide and install engineered wood flooring, vinyl flooring and carpet throughout my house. They were professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. The quality of their work was excellent. I'd recommend them.

We got a great deal on some laminate flooring. Chris Cruz was a big help. He was patient and explained our options. We bought ours during a sale, so not only was the material inexpensive (doesn't look inexpensive), we also spread the payments out over 3 years. The installers worked quickly... they did all the demo/moving for our downstairs over the course of two days.
