All of the tile (natural stone) and carpeting for our 64k sq. ft. home was purchased from The Flooring Emporium in Mountain Home, AR. Gavin spent countless hours with my husband and me answering questions and reviewing samples. He offered valuable information with respect to the flooring, back splash, and shower tile. We never felt pushed into choosing anything other than what we wanted. He took his time to educate us and provide the best options for our needs and wants. In addition, Gavin's installer was a perfectionist! He not only moved quickly to get the job done, but actually chose specific pieces of tile to be placed strategically so that the more beautiful pieces were not hidden but rather displayed as focal points. We would use The Flooring Emporium again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

The Flooring Emporium from Mt. Home, AR recently refloored my 1200 square foot one story office building. They changed from a combo of carpet and synthetic tile to large squares of porcelain tile, and they did an incredible job. It made this old building really look good, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding! The total price was also less than we expected! Gavin Bell handles workers and materials as well as we've ever seen anybody run a job and do the work at the same time!

Gavin Bell of The Flooring Emporium was helpful with my entire design process. He recently redid the floors in my master bathroom remodel and built a large shower. My husband and I gutted the bathroom; Gavin connected us to other local contractors for custom cabinetry, electrical work and plumbing. We later hired The Flooring Emporium to create concrete countertops in my kitchen, complete a tile brick wall in my kitchen, and redo my kitchen backsplash with subway tiles. If I had questions, Gavin has been quick to respond by phone or texting. If I needed help locating or communicating with other contractors, Gavin was quick to work with me.
