We had hardwood floors installed and refinished with a custom stain. Luis, Gwen, Lauren, Paulo, just everyone was great to work with. We did start later that we should have but was my fault new home owner (we closed two days later than we should have) and they accommodated the schedule. I will attach some photos of the finish product. I can not voice one complaint about the craftsmanship of what they do. We did have some added cost once the carpet was removed, yet we all worked together on those issues too. I recommend Whitehouse Floors and their team to anyone who is in need of flooring services.

We have worked with Tim many times over the past years in our personal and business deals. When Tim says that he will start a job on a particular day, he is there promptly. The products that he provides to his customers is excellent at a very good price. If you give him a budget he works with you to keep to the budget. We highly recommend him and his crew of installers.

I hired Whitehouse Floors to refinish my hardwood floors. They did my family room, kitchen, hallway and office. They had to match the color of the prefinished hardwood in the living room and dining room, and did a fabulous job! They went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. It took a little longer but that was fine. Tim and his crew made sure it was perfect. They were clean, trustworthy, reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them!

Tim and Whitehouse Floors team are incredible! We have used them several times, for everything from installing carpet, revitalizing hardwood floors and heavy-duty laminate flooring for our basement. They are knowledgeable, helpful and beyond easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
