Brought Young's in to install vinyl in both of our Master Bathrooms. The team was fantastic: professional, tidy, and prompt. They were happy to answer any questions we had. After the job was completed, they worked with us to deal with some color issues and were helpful and attentive every step of the way. You will not be disappointed working with Young's Carpet One.

The professionalism of Young's Carpet One employees began with a highly skilled and seasoned estimator. Don't kid yourself... this is an extremely important part of the job, and is specifically why Young's got our business. Not only did he take his time to calculate 30 square feet less than competitors, he was also able to tell the installers how to do the project with less seams. Tim, our salesman was a pleasure to work with, and their 2 installers were extremely experienced, with close to 50 years combined experience, both were very pleasant, and their work is a masterpiece. Thanks Youngs!

We could not be happier with both the service and selection at Young's! From the very first phone call, every person we came across was friendly, professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. We are especially happy to have found Hanna, who was extremely helpful with the selection process for our hardwood and tile and kept our project on-track. Our hardwood install crew did a phenomenal job on a fairly large project. We will without hesitation use Young's for future projects and recommend them enthusiastically.

My husband and I went into Young's Carpet One to look at rugs and recieved the most wonderful customer service. I recently added a room addition to my house and purchased my flooring and tile work from Young's Carpet One in Grass Valley, California. . It was a very enjoyable experience. They have very competitive prices. I received personal attention in selecting the flooring. The installation went smooth and was very well done. All my calls were answered promptly and the installers were on time and did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Young’s Carpet, from the day that I first went into their showroom until the completed installation of my carpet! My sales consultant, Hanna, was awesome! The carpet installers were very friendly and professional, along with doing an outstanding job. I highly recommend Young’s and give them 5 stars!

Very helpful store! The short young lady wasn’t in sales but helped me anyways and was very helpful in find an area rug and everyone I worked with was extremely nice even though I wasn’t making a large purchase! Definitely coming back!

Hilary and her colleagues at Young's Carpet One have worked with us to carpet, floor, and tile all the major rooms in our home. She is knowledgeable about the enormous range of materials and possibilities available, always patient, direct but diplomatic in her advice, and has a fine eye for good design and quality materials. You will NOT find a more friendly, professional, competitively priced, or knowledgeable group of people for your project! I have two homes, one in Nevada City and the second in Granite Bay. Brittany at Young's Carpet One is my "go to" gal for questions, suggestions, and product orders. It can be hard to find folks who are reliable and consistent in their communication with clients. I have never been disappointed with Brittany. Young's is an A+ company!!

Very happy with the service provided by Carpet One! Worked with Ashley who was instrumental with the design & material choices for the kitchen, 3 bathrooms & all window coverings. Great selection of materials and Ashley was very professional & wonderful to work with!

I can't say enough about how great it was working with Hilary, she was so knowledgeable and made choosing tile for the entry, kitchen backsplash, and both baths so easy for me. She also helped me when I had to change my mind about the flooring and the end result is amazing. Our carpet aren't in yet but will be coming soon. I was having health problems and Hilary would text me pictures of the flooring and then had samples all ready for me to see. Their floor installer did a great job, whenever someone walks in the house that's the first thing they comment on is how great the hardwood looks. We also had a great tile installer, Virgil Smith, we call him "the artist", his work is perfect. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

I worked with Hilary on all the tile projects for our home remodel. She always picked up on my concepts and gave creative suggestions. I had so much fun working with her! Both bathrooms are spectacular. We also did a laundry room backsplash and the kitchen backsplash. I don't like to do what everyone else is doing and Hilary helped bring my ideas to life while still keeping to a reasonable budget. The product selection in the showroom was great... we were able to pull things together and get good visuals in order to make decisions.
