Keep in mind this work also included going up and down stairs. His work ethics is compared to a four man job but he did it by himself. His talents, skills are impeccable. So …my advice is, if you are looking for an awesome construction company? Do yourself a favor and look no further than this company. It will be the best decision you made for your remodel or whatever your construction needs addressed. You won’t be disappointed. He transformed my home to a modern home, new hard wood flooring through my entire house, he tore out old carpet and flooring, new kitchen cabinets, sink, hood-range, 2- bathroom vanities, dry wall in my entire down stairs. fixed my deck, painted doors/trim . New trim/doors through my entries home. Light fixtures, railing, changed register vents and many odds and ends that I added on while he was here. “Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

Description Of Work: Potter House Group built my custom home on the site of of my previous home which was destroyed by fire. Member Comments: ,After interviewing several well-known custom builders (several of whom advertise "custom homes on your lot") we were fortunate to have been given the name Potter House Group. The President of Potter House Group met with us personally and we presented him with a situation that other custom builders who wanted to charge us up to 50% more than Potter House Group. Our situation was that lightning struck our custom home and it had to be razed with the exception of the concrete foundation and garage floor. After an initial meeting to review our plans, site, special conditions and consideration for the level of input we desired, Lee calculated an estimate that was realistic, detailed and SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other big name builders we interviewed. “I had called several contractors to come out review my job and provide an estimate. Many never called back or came and didn’t follow up with a quote. Houzz sent a lead to Cody/Little Home Repair. He came out at the agreed upon time. Looked at the project and confidently stated he could do the job. He explained what he anticipated and showed me where the water was gaining entrance. He followed up with the quote exactly as promised. He explained that once they got into the wall the quote could change but didn’t think it would be significant. We agreed on price and the work began. I was throughly impressed with his team. They all worked great together. They put up barriers to keep dust to a minimum. Every evening they cleaned up. They laid down carpet protectors wherever they would be walking. Because there was damage to a weight bearing seal plate, he suggested contacting a structural engineer. We took his advice and the engineer provided additional expertise to the project. Project is finished and I am very pleased with the results.”
