“I use John and his crew for all plumbing needs. Everyone, including the lady in the office, are very knowledgeable. I've presented some difficult plumbing problems having an older home. Nothing phased them.. Everything is done right the first time! They come on time and are respectful of your home . Their prices are fair and totally in line with the work performed. They are honest. “Chip Guthrie is the Potty Doctor. He's a second generation of plumbers and has been a licensed plumber for 30+ years. He's an excellent problem solver and works quickly. We've hired him to replace our water heater with a more efficient system plus multiple other jobs. His wife, Irene, is very nice and has managed (first Chip's father's office and then) both Chip and her office. This is a man and a company that you can depend on when you need them. “This company is truly the BEST. I had an emergency plumbing backup in a rental property. I called many other companies first who told me they didn’t have time, were weeks booked out, or were just plain rude already trying to quote exuberant fees without even looking at the problem at my house. Aqua Pro responded to my call within 5 minutes. They promised to have someone come over and they arrived sooner than I expected in a professional truck with every piece of equipment needed to diagnose my problem. After 30 minutes of inspecting the issue, Yariel gave me a full explanation of my options and a proposal. I accepted the proposal and Yariel immediately called his colleague Juan to come over and begin the job. Yariel and Juan answered every question, explained every step and I could tell they we absolute professionals. They repaired half of my entire house plumbing by installing Pipe Lining in just 2 days. No mess. No destruction. They treated my property with respect, cleaned up where they worked and made sure everything was perfect. What would have taken weeks of destruction and mess and cost twice as much was completed in 2 days without disruption. I am so very grateful for Aqua Pro and Yariel and Juan. They made a nightmare seem simple and I will call them for all of my plumbing needs!”

“This company was hired by the condo assoc. that I'm a member. We had water bills over 5k for several months. We called several (licensed) plumbers, and non could find the problem. It turned out that My Plumber found several leaks under ground, they took care of them. We also received a substantial amount of credit from the water department due to the explanation of his bill. “George from Pinecrest Plumbing is a gem! He took his time to explain everything to me. His prices are very fair and he really cares about completing the job correctly and educating the customers on the problem he fixed. I didn't know that putting egg shells down the kitchen sink would cause it to clog up, since I was using the garbage disposal...but it does! Thanks to his honesty, I DO NOT throw them down the drain anymore. Thanks George!”
