“We were looking to do a remodel/demolition/add-on, and didn't know where to find a builder that we could trust would do a good job for us. Then a highly respected farmer in our area was having a remodeling project done by Hallmark, and we knew we had found our builder! Right from the first meeting, we felt comfortable that we had a company that understood all the things we desired in a home. They gave us ideas we had not thought of, and at the second meeting were pretty much pleased with the drawings, hardly any changes to be made! We were set up with a project manager that was a perfect fit; he was always available and on the site several times a week. We trusted him to tackle any unforeseen problems, and he and the quality of the subs was always very professional. There were some delays that we weren't expecting, some due to weather and some due to scheduling conflicts, but in the end....we've got a beautiful quality-built custom home that we love. Thank you, Hallmark Homes for giving me the farm home I only used to dream about!”

“Hiday Custom Builders replaced our old flooring with beautiful hard wood floors. They also provided new carpet throughout the rest of the house, new kitchen countertops and sink; replaced a sliding glass door with a custom made French door; remodeled the fireplace into a work of art; and finished our remodeling with a brand new roof. The work was done quickly and efficiently with great care. The cost was very reasonable. I love that this company really cares about customer satisfaction. I will be downsizing in a few years and I would love nothing more than to move into a new home built by this outstanding company. I highly recommend Hiday Custom Builders for your next project!!”

“Nancy Bruce helped my husband and I transform our builder grade kitchen into a beautiful custom kitchen. With Nancy's help we were able to use our cabinets and rebuild them to fit an amazing Farmhouse Sink. Nancy suggested changing our island by making it larger, adding wonderful legs to it and having it custom painted to be a distressed farmhouse black with a glaze. With her advice we tied in the black island with a great black tiled backsplash and a granite with black flecks in it. Nancy kept us on budget and kept our timing on schedule. We couldn't have been happier with her help. When it came time for us to move from that home-we called Nancy again and used her design expertise to help us stage for a quick sell during a bad seller's market.”
