“After discussing options Jouelan sent me proofs of the platter and coffee mug that I wanted to give as Christmas gifts. The proof for the platter was perfect right away and the coffee mug had 2 choices. I chose my preferred mug, corrected one incorrect letter in the wording and then ordered my pieces. The gifts arrived about a week later, packaged with the utmost care, perfect for my family members. When received by the intended recipients, the gifts brought delighted responses. The quote for the 2 items was most reasonable especially since these were custom items. I would definitely order from Jouelan in the future. They were professional and very caring.”
