“Michael is very knowledgeable with experience in carpentry and architecture. It was obvious that he keeps current with both subjects. This was apparent when he was able to list pros and cons of various ways of doing something. He is very open minded when it comes to trying something different from the mainstream. He is very good at reusing materials whenever possible. He did an excellent job utilizing every inch of space when feasible. He is creative and his craftsmanship is excellent. Michael created a very nice studio apartment for me to rent. Michael is very easy to work with and kept me informed at all times regarding budget, subcontractors and necessary changes . I highly recommend him.”

Our most recent project was a carriage house for our historic home. The modern and complementary addition has been awarded for it's improvement to a historic district and infill. If you like modern design, they can do it. Craftsman and more historic needs - I think you would find the firm will impress.”

“Susan's contribution to my project was invaluable.! She is an excellent listener, terrific at collating data and presenting ideas that reflected my vision in a more artistic manner than I could imagine. Her experience and skill set took my space and design to a whole new level. I would not have thought someone from a satellite location could have such "up close" insights. She worked with my blueprints, houzz file, pinterest, verbal descriptions, snapchat, video and beyond. Yet with all her professional experience, she conveyed a personal interest in my home and genuine enthusiasm for the direction my project was going.
