I had a few problems with shipping, but Sara was more than helpful with responding quickly and getting my problem fixed. I will definitely be ordering from a cottage in the city again.

The Cottage in the City is my favorite new store! The owner, Sara is a sweetheart. She was wonderful in helping me pick out all my bedding. I have bought pillow, frames, curtains, duvet etc and love it all. It is my go to for all my decorating ideas!

A Cottage in the City was amazing to work with! I had some very specific knobs I had questions on and Stacey got back to me right away and her answers were right on. When I received the product it was exactly how she described and they are a perfect match for the bathroom project I was working on! Stacey even took personal time to enjoy my photos I sent of before and afters! Very personal company from start to finish...items were shipped quickly and packaging was great as the were very delicate items! I would happily use their services again!

I ordered the BLACK vintage suitcase shelves from the website and when I received them they were BROWN! I went back to the website to check to see if I ordered wrong but her picture and the description both say they are black. The only solution she had was to send them back for a store credit, that's great except I had already paid 150.00 for the shipping and wasn't thrilled with adding another 75.00 to get them back to her. I would be careful of what you order from them as things are not as they appear online.

A Cottage in the City has a great selection of vintage style home furnishings. I recently purchased a couple picture frames for my sister and she absolutely loved them! Great quality frames and really fast shipping. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be shopping here again.

A Cottage in the City is such a great site! The website has unique and beautiful home decor items. Sara (the owner) does such a great job hand picking each item she offers on her site. The items Sara offers are hard to come by and are set at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to add beautiful character to their living space!
