As an interior design professional, I greatly appreciate a vendor who is willing to work with me on cost and timing, without sacrificing quality or courtesy. Aga John was given a tight timeline for a commercial project in San Francisco -- the rugs had to be high traffic user friendly and offer a certain degree of soundproofing, while maintaining a high-end aesthetic. They came through with flying colors -- they were unflappable in my requests to meet onsite, and weren't discouraged or irritated when I asked for more options. Both my client and I loved the aesthetic and functional end result, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Jerry Jacobs Design, Inc.

Jerry Jacobs Design has ordered area rugs from Aga John for many years, both from the San Francisco showroom and the Los Angeles one. We are completing a home that has over 10 areas rugs from them. Their services have always been excellent formerly through Angela and then through Daniel, both excellent people now moved or retired. We actually are in the process of ordering again, and hope to do business with them for many years.
