Like the dozens of other reviewers - DO NOT BUY PAINTED / TEXTURED TABLES OR FURNITURE. The paint or finishes WILL PEEL OFF AND CHIP AWAY WITHIN 1-2 YEARS even with very low formal use. These high cost investments are truly disappointing from this company. Save your money and beware!

Only buy from Arhaus if you enjoy looking at the furniture but not using it! I'm sad to say that I have bought a lot of pieces from this store and I deeply regret that I used to recommended it to friends and family. I have definitely fallen for the aesthetics and decided to splurge on some "longterm" pieces for my house. One of the pieces I invested into is a beautiful Tuscany Dining Table in Worn Black for my formal dining room. Well, turns out we're not very formal at all and we only ended up using it once or twice within the first couple of years, so I admit that I was perfectly happy with it for a while. Things started to turn sour once we moved into our new house with an open concept and started using our table on a more regular basis... The finish on our table quickly started to come off and let me just say that I could not have been more careful with it. I used all kinds of table protectors but it seems that the finish was so delicate that it was not intended for any use at all.
Arhaus Customer Care was quick to tell me that their warranty covers issues that occur due to a defect in materials or workmanship but apparently the finishes of their tables do not fall into this category.
You would be wise to invest your money elsewhere as will I in the future.

Save your time and your money and don't go to this store ! I have had the worst experience since my first day and has gone downhill since past delivery. When I went to the store I experienced one of the worst salespeople I have come across. Diane was so scattered brained through the entire transaction. She tried to sell me a sectional for $4,000 more because she didn't understand how to put it in the system. When we said how come it is $4,000 more by just add one piece to a sectional she said I don't know that that just what the system says. Once we questioned it got so obvious she didn't know what she was doing that a regional manager who just so happened to be working in the store had to jump in and save the transaction although that was not his job that day he was just working quietly in the corner of the store. I should have run that day but I didn't. I thought maybe its just Covid and they are reopening so I will give her a break. I went on and ordered but soon learned from communication happening about the order that I should have gone with my gut. I ended up wanting to buy pillows for my couch that I ended up working with someone out of the Charlotte store just so I would not have to work with Diane anymore.
After the order is delayed 3 weeks from the time that Diane told me it would be here and have daily wrong information for three weeks as to when my order would arrive (honestly for 3 weeks she told me wrong information EVERYDAY when I called. ) The assist

Because we have a big family, we needed a large dining room table. We purchased a Cerea Bell'Arte rectangular dining room table 3 years ago and paid over $5,000.00 and were assured the finish would last a lifetime. We were instructed to use a damp cloth with warm water to clean it. (We were so very careful with our new purchase.) Unfortunately, after only 3 years of infrequent use, the tabletop is splitting and chipping. Arhaus will not cover chipping, cracking and splitting under their warranty. Please know this before purchasing any dining table from them.

My couch fell apart. I reached out 9 months ago to get it fixed. They won't even call me back. Please search for real reviews, they are a collection of horror stories like mine. Could you go 9 months without your couch? Would you buy from a company that would let that happen and couldn't care less?

We have now ordered 2 items from Arhaus - a leather chair and a Kensington buffet. We are extremely pleased with the quality of both items which arrived in pristine condition (buffet was ahead of schedule!) and delivered by men who moved quickly yet carefully while setting things up. The delivery notification system was excellent. We will definitely shop here again!

I ordered a desk from Arhaus in February and it was supposed to be delivered by the middle of April. They finally called to say it was ready for delivery at the end of June. Then they brought the desk and couldn't put it together because the manufacturer didn't drill the holes in the right place. Unbelievable! So they took the desk away and told us they'd order a new one, which now wouldn't be delivered until the middle of September. I just called them to check on the status and they told me the desk was discontinued in the color I ordered - seems like they had no intention of calling to tell me this. Now, my choice is to select the desk in a different color (which I don't want to do) or pick an entirely different desk (all of which are twice the price of the original one we ordered). We've had three successful transactions prior to this one with Arhaus, but because they've done absolutely nothing to rectify this situation (and treated us like it was no big deal even though we've been waiting for 8 months) we will definitely never order anything from them again.

We ordered a table online. When we ordered the table, it was noted that it would be ready in mid-June (we were ordering in mid-May). I checked in towards the end of May and was informed that we were still on schedule. Today (June 11) we stopped by the store and asked if they could check on the status of our online order. We were informed by the associate that he highly doubted we would be receiving our table on time and that we should "be very worried" about when we might receive the table. Sure enough, as soon as I got home, I called the online support, and were notified that it was now likely to be ready in mid-September. Nowt only is this extremely frustrating, I don't know when (or if) Arhaus was going to reach out to us to notify us of the delay.

We bought a sofa and a daybed from Arhaus in King of Prussia. Support during the sale was good and Jeff, our associate, was helpful during the buying process. The furniture arrived and we realized that they were much too big for our room. We wanted to switch to a smaller version of the sofa. We contacted Jeff and he told us that there's nothing that Arhaus can do since these pieces were custom built. The only item custom built were the legs, which are screwed on at delivery, so no problem to change them out. We even offered to pay for new legs if Arhaus would take the sofa back.
In response Jeff, suggested that we sell the furniture on craigslist, like some yard sale item. (So, my suggestion to you is buy at craigslist rather than Arhaus.) As much as we like the design, we won't be shopping at Arhaus to furnish the rest of the house. You never know if the beautiful piece you see in the showroom is working out in your house. Being out thousands of dollars if it doesn't fit isn't something we can afford. Even rock bottom price IKEA takes customer service more seriously than Arhaus.
I usually ignore bad reviews like this thinking it's just angry people venting. Experiencing this kind of terrible customer service first hand makes me reconsider. There's more to buying furniture than good looks.

Do not waste your money on their expensive rugs!!!
We purchased a leather sectional, an ottoman, a large dining table, six dining chairs......and splurged on a very expensive rug. Since we spent close to $20,000, we decided to purchase the "no worries" policy which would cover all of our purchase up to $10,000 for 5 years.
The rug was opened and laid when the furniture was delivered on November 3. By December, this high end rug began fraying at the corners and around the edges. I contacted the Arhaus Concierge with my concerns. They requested photos of the problem areas and I sent them several.
It is now Mid-March and I have had no resolution! I have spoken with at least 4 different customer service people and was told they were going to exchange the rug, as it should not be fraying....Duh.
The latest.....they never follow up. I called yet again (I've had to repeat the whole lousy story a dozen times to each new representative I talk to). During the last call, I was told that it was my fault that the rug frayed because I vacuumed it!! REALLY, how should I clean it??? The girl told me I was supposed to sweep it!!! LOL! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard, especially since the tag on the back says to "VACUUM REGULARLY"!!
Current status, after I read my care instructions to her, she said she was going to send my "case" back for further review. That was weeks ago and I have still not heard anything back.
WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THAT STORE AGAIN!

Don’t bother purchasing from this company. I visited the Arhaus store at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, GA where Vannah was my associate. I fell in love with, and purchased the Eaton Dinning Banquette and Leighton Dinning table in February. The items were delivered in September 2017 (because we decided to hold off on delivery while we were renovating).
Within a week of delivery I noticed that the finish on the dining table was peeling. I had been encouraged by Vannah to purchase the “Worry Free” protection plan which would take care of any issue with the furniture. I was reassured that the plan would either fix or replace the furniture if there were any issues with the product not performing well. So, I filed a claim with the protection plan. They sent out a technician filled in the defective areas, leaving the table looking brand new again. I was very pleased at this point.
Now, fast forward a few months the exact same thing is happening. I filed another claim for the exact same reason, and now the new claim is being denied due to “excessive wear” which apparently isn’t covered with the protection plan. As I’ve expressed to Arhaus Concierge in an email (of which they haven’t responded), there is no way that the same peeling that happened within a week of delivery can be considered “excessive wear” 4 months later. This is not something that I would have expected from a $3000 dinning table.
The quality of their furniture is of Rooms to Go or Value City with a Furnitureland South price point. They absolutely do not behind their products!!! Once the sale is made and they have their money they could care less.
Additionally, the fabric selection that was chosen for the banquette is HORRIBLE! It does not wear well, and is difficult to clean. I initially questioned whether this fabric was appropriate to use in our breakfast area. Again, I was reassured by Vannah that the worry free plan would take care of an spills or stains on the fabric. Being that she was considered one of their best interior designers, I trusted her when I was told that if they couldn’t clean any future stains, the entire piece would be replaced. This sounded reasonable being that we were paying $4000 for the dinning banquette. What actuallly happens when a stain isn’t removed with professional cleaning is they will send a piece of fabric along with a technician to reupholster the furniture. This wouldn’t be such a bad option if the reupholstered fabric wasn’t in worse condition that the damaged piece.
This place is a complete RIP-OFF!!!! Don’t waste your money!!! Definitely don’t worry with the “Worry Free” plan.

Although our sales person was helpful in designing our new room. I will never us this company again. Several early issues with pricing and offers-had to elevate and fight to resolve it. Longer than expected delivery time. Now, significant interest charges assessed just after the 12 months 0% interest promotion. It is not 0%- it is simply deferred full interest. You will be charged for the entire year at once if not paid in full. My understanding from conversations with Arhaus was that it started charging interest on the balance at the end of the promotional period. This is not the case. This cost me almost 30% extra on my purchase.
