I have been remiss to have not posted a review until now. I moved into a new apartment at the beginning of 2018 and had a Room & Board sofa which I loved, but it was in great need of a freshening up. After searching the area through Houzz, I was connected with Susana/Aurora and could not have been happier with the process and the final product. They were so patient and helpful as I sorted through fabric options--clearly communicating the pros and cons of each of the fabrics and setting expectations for its completion. I couldn't be happier with the results. I LOVE the fabric--not only is it a beautiful color which brightens up the room, it's been durable and stain resistant. One good thing about having waited to post a review is that I can honestly attest to the quality. I am now moving again and I look forward to working with them on some additional pieces. Highly recommended!

I was looking for affordable, high-quality upholstery and I stumbled onto Susana's site. I found exactly what I was looking for! I live in Brooklyn and needed my sofa cushions restuffed but the prices here are outrageous. Susana and I texted until we came up with a plan. (Really excellent customer service!!!). I ubered my cushions to her in NJ and she ubered them back a week later. They are so much more comfortable now and I love spending time on my sofa.

Susanna and her husband were both really very nice. I never did this kind of work and was kind of nervous. They are both great. I was able to get a quote via email by sending photos and to me that was huge. I work, and I couldn't take phone calls. I used the fabric from their store, and I couldn't be happier. They are true professionals. When I have other projects, they are who I am calling.

I ordered custom window seat cushions with matching pillows from Aurora & I could not be happier. Susana was the consummate professional from start to finish and couldn't have made the process easier which was so helpful since I did not have the time to follow up. She also made the suggestion to add a contrasting piping which I would never have thought of and it came out beautifully.

Susana was great from the beginning. Timely, helpful, and professional. My project was for a window ledge cushion that required very specific dimensions, angles, and sections. She provided options of varying fabrics, budgets, etc. I sent a template and was nervous to receive the actual cushion but it fits perfectly and are very happy with it. I would definitely work with her in the future.

We worked with Aurora Upholstery to recover some dining room chairs and they did a beautiful job! Our clients were very pleased with the outcome! We highly recommend Aurora Upholstery.

Wonderful experience!!! They walk my wife & I thru the whole process of revamping our entertainment room/living room. Everything even down to the smallest details were perfect. As a designer, I have used Aurora for dozens of my clients' upholstery needs, and they produce nothing but the highest quality craftsmanship. Their passion for their work is only surpassed by their attention to detail. I would not use anyone else when it comes to bringing a tired, yet loved piece of furniture back to life in the most beautiful way. 5 stars without a doubt!

I had purchased two stools from Bed, Bath and Beyond less than a year ago and noticed one of the chair cushions was damaged. The springs were protruding through the material. I contacted Bed, Bath and Beyond and was told the stools were discontinued. I could have returned them but I really liked them. They fit perfectly under my kitchen counter and I loved the color. I immediately starting looking online for an upholster and found Aurora Upholstery Studio, LLC whose business was close to my home. I spoke with Susana the owner and she assured me that she could help me. I was very impressed that she was able to pick up my stools and start on the job right away. She called me back the next day to say what her husband, Carlos, the upholsterer was planning on doing. Since the material that was on there was pretty cheap, they asked me if I would be interested in going with a better material and they would do both stools so they can match in the same color. I agreed! A few days later, the new stools were delivered and I have to say they looked even better!!! I am a very happy customer and definitely would recommend Aurora Upholstery without any doubts!!
