We purchased an 8x8 shed from Billy’s about a year ago. Ordering was easy. Lead time was as promised. There were a lot of weather issues when it came time to deliver, and we had a difficult site, but Billy’s worked with us until the date/ground were suitable. The two Gents that did the actual delivery were great and put the shed exactly where we wanted it, and then set it up. Very nice job!

Very knowledgeable and polite sales help. Rachel could answer questions easily, provide information and samples and help guide us in making decisions without being pushy or forceful. There are a lot of items on display and for sale! The variety comes from several different manufacturers so it makes it easy to find the right one. Our pieces were delivered this week and we LOVE them.

The service is great, people are friendly and very helpful. Very large display of what they sell and lots of extra summer items other then deck, patio and porch furniture. Only issue is with the time it takes to place an order and actually receive it. This may be because orders are custom cut.

We are repeat customers having purchased pressure treated furniture some 25 years ago from their small store and recently purchased PVC deck furniture from their much larger store and location. The growth is a testament to their great customer service. They take a lot of time to show you their products either stock items or what can be ordered. The delivery and setup was very professional. And the quality and price both excellent. Their store stocks a wide variety of lawn and deck items, grills, umbrellas, you name it. Highly recommend for all your outdoor, backyard needs!
