So excited to be working with Barbara - we've just started and everything is coming together beautifully. We have been working together online and it has been a wonderful experience. She immediately nailed my style and is helping me furnish what I considered a difficult-to-furnish rooms. I could have never done this without her.

Was random searching for a consultant at furniture land to work with me virtually and came across her, sent her an email and two days later I had a furniture layout, fabrics and 40 picture plus idea book created for me! Excellent customer service, always willing to go the extra mile! We did everything via email, phone calls and mailing of fabrics best experience I have had. Had two local interior decorators come they my home but never gave me a plan or ideas they never "sold" there services!!! Will use her for al my projects. Haven't gotten my items as they we're special ordered by I know they will look great!

Barbara was recommended to us by a colleague of my wife. We were looking for a bedroom set for an upgrade to our bedroom. She exchanged emails back and forth with my wife before our visit providing details of the products we were interested. She's patient and courteous during the visit. What happened after our purchase with furniturelandsouth was NOT so pleasant, in fact, it was terrible. I won't go into details because that's not this review is about. I'll just say that Barbara shared our frustration and went all the way to the management to get some compensation for our loss. I normally don't write reviews unless it's a bad one. Im writing this review to show my appreciation that Barbara does put her customers in mind and will do a great deal to make them happy. So despite my bad experience, i will seek her consultation again if i have something to shop for.

Barbara spent quality time researching the types and styles of furniture we wanted and sent pictures before the day of the appointment. This kept us on task as we were looking for specific pieces on a budget and a short amount of time to complete the project. Barbara not only hit the target style wise but timing was met as well. She was fun and sweet and organized We sincerely appreciated her attention and patience and would definitely use Barb for our next remodel. I called Furnitureland South for a price on a piece of furnitiure. Barbara Schaver answered the phone and I told her my home was destroyed by Huricane Sandy. She asked me to send my floor plans. By the end of our phone conversations, she understood exactly what I wanted. She made suggestions about changing my furniture layout. I was so excited about her ideas that I flew to North Carolina to meet her. Barbara did a lot of preparation before I arrived and was ready with beautiful furniture choices and fabrics. She coordinated fabrics for a living room, large family room and bedrooms. She helped me select fabulous carpets that tied my rooms together. In one day, my furniture was selected. My home is so magnificent, I could not be more thrilled. Barbara's talent and enthusiasm are glowing in every room in my home! I am so lucky to have connected with Barbara when I called Furnitureland. I highly recommend her and can only say anyone working with her could not ask for a more competent desinger!!!

Barbara was a phenomenal help to me throughout my visit to Furnitureland South. By viewing my ideabooks on Houzz prior to my visit, she was completely organized and prepared for me when I arrived. I had a very small window of time to make a lot of purchases for our home remodel after Hurricane Sandy. She really knows her product lines and wasted little time finding the right pieces for my design style and budget. She also has very good taste and makes fabric selection a breeze! I had a lot of fun with Barbara and will absolutely use her again if I am in the market again for furniture. I'll post pictures when it is all done!

Barbara helped my husband and me on a recent trip to Furnitureland South. I'd sent an email to the generic "Sales" department before our trip, and was assigned to Barbara by the luck of the draw - and what good luck it was!! I spoke with her a couple of times before our trip so that she knew what we were looking for, and she was completely prepared for us upon arrival. She was friendly, attentive, responsive...but yet knew when to give us a little space and let us explore on our own. She gave us design advice, but wasn't at all pushy. I really can't say enough great things about her, I will most definitely enlist her help when we're in the market for our next piece(s), and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
