Worst company and service I've dealt with. I ordered a pub table through Walmart from them. They have the nerve to ship me a table, wine rack and glass holders with no table legs. I contacted Baxton and it took almost 2 weeks to get me the answer the order came in incomplete. That they would now mail me a price quote to purchase 4 table legs. They'd been emailing me why do I now have to wait to see how much they want to charge me for table legs. Tables completely useless with no legs.

Purchased a dining set from this company at Target.Com and was given the number for this place to get my warranty for an almost $500 table. All the chairs have cracked and bent. Made a quality report to target. They hoped they could have replaced it. Called this place and the young lady on the phone was not helpful. She said nope we cannot replace you need to rebuy. And just kept shutting me down. Asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said the manager will tell you the same. Do not buy from here. Big waste of money for crappy furniture.

Worst experience ever. The bed frame I've bought few week ago is already bending in the middle and they have not warranty on any of their products. I am not recommending anyone to buy from this company.

Just bought a bed and ran into several issues such as missing hardware, broken parts and slats that dont fit. Could not assemble the bed.

Purchased bed on Groupon!
Baxton Studio is by far the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I purchased a bed on Groupon not even a year ago and one piece is defective. The bed is coming apart due to cheap labor and material. Every business that I have made a purchase in the past has always had a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Not Baxton Studio they offer no warranty at all all sales are final at least that is what I was told. They have the nerve to try and charge me for the defective part of the bed. They have done nothing, but play games with me and have refused to help me. They are so quick to take your money, but when you need assistance they are not their to help their customers. I will never buy any product from Baxton Studio ever again. All buyers stay away from this unprofessional company.

NEW BED PURCHASE
Purchased a NEW BED for our guest room, never used once assembled until last week. We had a guest last week and one leg just broke off, the holding screw ripped off from the frame as our guest just lay over the bed. So embarrassing for us. The 'NEW BED FROM BAXTON' put our head in shame. On inquiring with the BAXTON, they simply washed their hands saying that they were responsible ONLY FOR FIRST 24 HRS POST DELIVERY and could not do anything -NO REFUND, NO REPLACEMENT, NO REPAIR. The reason told was that only because of this 24 hrs policy, BAXTON products are cheap as compared to the market price. Although we have all the furniture from Baxton, but will not buy anything now onward and would suggest my friends and relative to better get furniture with some reasonable warranty backup, although little more dollars but with peace of mind.

Baxton Studio has a huge selection of furniture and made my life easy by allowing me to combine freight so I didn't have to pay 1 by 1 Fed Ex shipping fees. I don't use them for every piece in the room but I can get pieces for every room in the house.

Terrible! We ordered four chairs and all four of them have the same defects. this shop doesn't have any quality control team in place for their merchandise. Now I need to return the chairs, but when you call their customer no. It directly goes to the voice mail.

If you had purchased these items from another retailer, such as Target, Wayfair, ect, always please go directly back to that retailer for returns, parts or replacements. We can only supply parts or replacements if they tell us to. We are happy to serve you and again very sorry you had to experience this.
I purchased items made by this company
I ordered two sets of bar stools (4 in total) from this company through groupon. We unpacked and assembled 3 of the 4 stools, then realized there was a crack in the leg of the 4th stool. Returning the items would be a headache (disassembling and repacking large boxes) so I figured I would just call the company for a replacement part, as the leg of the chair was the only problem. Guess again! I've made 10 calls to the company. I either leave messages that are NEVER RETURNED or they transfer me to random lines with people who can't help me. I always end up leaving yet another message for yet another random person who never calls me back. I would not recommend this company simply because the customer service is nonexistent. Something as simple as ordering a replacement part shouldn't be such a headache!

So sorry you had problems with the chairs! We always recommend going directly back to the company you purchased the chairs from so they can give you parts, replacements or your money back. In this case Groupon was the one who took your order and when we receive feedback like this we forward the emails to Groupon to resolve the issues. I look at it like if I buy a Chiquita banana at Target, if I have a problem with the banana I bring it back to Target, not to the Chiquita banana company. In this case we are the banana. Again, very sorry you had to experience this!
