About Us

Beaver Timber is a Kansas City-based supplier of reclaimed, recycled and salvaged wood. Owners Jon and Lynne Beaver have long appreciated the beauty, durability and texture of reclaimed wood. In 2008, they opened the doors to Beaver Timber in order to fulfill the growing demand for reclaimed wood and begin the practice of preserving and reusing cherished wood resources. We provide quality reclaimed wood for homeowners, architects, builders, contractors and designers. Some of the items we provide are wood flooring, wood beams, wood paneling, dimensional lumber and barn wood.

We purchased a reclaimed timber mantle from Beaver Timber, Inc. The sales team personally took us out to look at all the timber options. They have many varieties of wood to choose from. We selected a gorgeous piece of walnut. They then cut it to the desired size. They have staining/finishing capabilities and some of the finished pieces we saw looked amazing. My husband does this type of work, so we finished it ourselves, but we could not be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend Beaver Timber!
