“I am Monet's Attics BIGGEST FAN! I came across Monet's Attic when I was very pregnant with my daughter a couple months ago. I had been searching all over NY for the perfect dresser for my little girls nursery, which I was doing in a shabby chic theme. Nothing struck me and I was starting to think I might have to settle because time was running out. I discovered Monet's Attic one day while browsing on Etsy..and noticed the many beautiful furniture pieces. I wrote to the owner, Ellen and told her of my vision. I was delighted to receive a reply immediately from her with thoughts, ideas and a "yes, I can do that!". She assured me she would be able to bring my vision to life and so the process began. Ellen found the perfect piece and emailed me all the time to tell me where she was at with working on it. Keep in mind, I had never seen the piece in person, the entire transaction was being done by email! I trusted her 1000%. She was so kind and BEYOND patient with me, as I was very nervous (and very hormonal!). The day it was delivered to my house, I cried. It was exactly what I envisioned for my little girls room.
