Board & Bolt

We had such a great experience working with Drew, I can’t recommend Board & Bolt for your next custom furniture project enough. Drew created a reclaimed wood countertop for our kitchen island, which is now our favorite gathering place with friends and family. Aside from his craftsmanship, I was most impressed with Drew’s communication. Because of my schedule, I was unable to meet Drew in person to discuss the countertop before install. Drew never made me feel left out of the process and ensured the final product was exactly what I wanted. The countertop not only turned out amazingly but exceeded my expectations!

Drew is really easy to work with. Our clients have all been satisfied. He's an excellent communicator and very talented wood worker. He is excellent at executing our clients' wishes.

I am so excited to write a review for Board & Bolt! I had the best experience working with Drew on our new 60" round dining table! Drew is incredibly creative, professional and has a true understanding of craftsmanship. I searched for a solid wood round table for months before I met Drew. They don't make furniture like this anymore. Drew was so professional and included me in every step of the process. He offered ideas and has an immense knowledge that he offers to his clients. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. And the table... Perfection!!! I would highly recommend Board & Bolt to anyone looking for high quality, amazing craftsmanship and someone awesome to work with!

My husband and I LOVE Board & Bolt! Drew built two sliding patchwork barn doors to separate our dining room from our mud room. I can't tell you how pleased we are with these beautiful doors! It is the first thing people comment on when they walk into our home. I feel like they are not only doors, but an art piece, they are so pretty. Drew is a perfectionist with his work, and it shows. He will be the first one we go to the next time we need a piece of furniture. Thank you!!!

We hired Drew to make a barn door for our basement. Not only is he incredibly talented in his craft, he is also great to work with. Drew has great design ideas and vision. He was able to make sure the door also fit in with the decor in our home, and produced a beautiful door at a very fair price. We plan on hiring Drew for future projects!

We just recently remodeled our basement. I had an idea for the vanity in the bathroom. Drew made my idea a reality. He was not happy until I was happy, which I was. The piece turned out exactly like I wanted. Drew is great to work with and innovative with his ideas. Thank you Drew!

I ordered a customized L-shaped desk to made of re-claimed wood for my office (see the pic on the site 'L-Shapes Reclaimed Wood Desk'). The fished product is fantastic in appearance and functionality. Also, the entire process from design to delivery was seamless. I highly recommend Board & Bolt and will be using them again for future furniture projects.

I'm an Interior Designer and Drew has completed several projects for me including custom bookshelves at my own home. He's easy to work with, has an artist's sensibility, and gets the job done without the need for supervision, which is a huge help in my business. I highly recommend him.

Drew was referred by my designer to build a walnut Desk and bookcase for a nook in my condo. Living downtown space is hard to come by and having the right furniture is important. I was hesitant and thought buying something would be a better solution. I am extremely grateful I had Drew build my desk and book case. He was professional hard working, imaginative and exceeded my expectations. I really have the most amazing desk and bookshelf I could want. It has saved space, enhanced the value of my condo and really made my living room one of a kind. I could not ask for anything more. When it was finished we found a mid century modern end table on craigslist, he restored it, added legs and stained it to match the desk. I would recommend him to anyone and would not go anywhere else in the future. When we were finished with the projects I had a flat screen TV he mounted for me and hid the wires in the wall as well. Wow - I do not have enough positive things to say about my experience working with Drew from Board & Bolt! I reached out to Drew to build me a sliding door out of reclaimed wood for my master bedroom. I shared a picture with him of a door that I loved and he did everything to create a door that was not just similar, but even more beautiful than the one I showed him. It is a statement piece that adds character - and it is the first thing guests comment on when they are at my home. In addition to being a master at his craft, Drew is extremely professional and friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with! I spoke with multiple people before I found Drew and he was by far the most engaging and knowledgeable about his trade. He provided timely responses to my questions, provided insight and went out of his way to be accommodating. Now that I have the beautiful door, I'm always seeking spaces in my home to add additional pieces of Drew's work, and hope to make some additions soon. I'd recommend Board & Bolt to anybody looking for reclaimed wood pieces, in fact I already have! :)

Man O Man this guy rocks!!!! My wife and I commissioned Board & Bolt to do a Farmhouse style dining tables and it looks amazing. He was with us every step of the way, emailing back and forth to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We also had them make a bar table for our basement. I cant say enough about Drew and the gang. We will be having them do many more projects in the future.

Drew built a barn door for our bedroom. We love it! It covers our oversized doorway and matches the decor of our home. Drew responded promptly to our request, visited our home to take measurements, and delivered it within one week. We'll definitely use Drew again for any custom furniture needs.
