“Well I've passed this business many times on my way to work. Im pretty new to the Norwalk area and needed to furnish my new home. I told my lady about this business and she said for us to give it a try. The first step in the business was very quiet. Three more steps and I was happily greeted by the owner who was helping out a couple who was newly married and they have been collecting Asian furniture during the 5 years they have been dating. He asked me if I've been here before and my wife answered "no unfortunately". The owner I believe his name is Bill informed me that they have two floors of showroom. he asked me if I had anything in mind and I told him about my apartment he told me he has just the solution. I believe he was finishing up a deal with the newly wed couple. They seemed really happy. As the Owner started packing the sold items I noticed he took his time and made sure the item was packed with quality. I started to talk to the husband and tried to subliminally ask about the priced to see what I would be getting my self into. He said "I've been looking for a custom cabinet with this design for a while now , I am really enthused I've found it . Its way cheaper than I expected for such amazing quality , so I am happy.my lady likes it so that's a plus".i started browsing and before I knew it the owner was right there at my disposal. they have such a big variety of furniture and accent . I ended up getting a dragon sculpture made out of cow bone and mother of pearl end table in a beautiful red. Price of both my items came out to what I thought my dragon sculpture would cost(since it had so much detail). He gave me many ideas that I have to see what path I will take. I am more than satisfied. It feels good to go to a business and not feel like just a customer. He made me feel as a part of his family and he supported me with all my ideas. Great store will be going back very shortly once I decide which route I will be taking. Thank you guys”
