I ordered a faucet. It arrived on time, but the quality of chrome plating is sub par. I couldn't bare to look at it too closely due to all the imperfections in the finish. I never installed the faucet because I ended up having to return the vanity for which it was purchased, which was ordered through a different vendor on Houzz. The vanity arrived late and damaged and therefore needed to be returned, rendering this faucet useless to me. After finalizing the return on the damaged vanity (it took over 2 months), I then proceeded to request a return authorization for the facuet through BuilderDepot, Inc. However, they would not take the return because it was past their 30-day limit for returns. BuilderDepot, Inc. was not understanding of the circumstances for this untimely return and were unwilling to treat this as a special case (late return due to corresponding product from a different vendor arriving damaged). I consider this poor customer service.

I purchased a Stain Glass window from this company that arrived with a 6 inch crack. I was given an excuse for over a week as to why the company could not give me instructions to return the product. The last email stated they would review with the shipping company which could take another 2 weeks. Three weeks total for a damaged product by no fault of my own and the company has already processed my credit card. I have never had such a lack of customer service and would never recommend this company for any project or product.

Ordered one product from this retailer and am amazed at the individual attention I received when it wasn't exactly right.
