Burke Decor

I usually never write reviews but I am so disappointed and unhappy with my order. I ordered a cabinet a month ago and I finally got a call from the delivery company and scheduled to receive the cabinet today between 9-1 pm. I received a call from the delivery company at 7:30 in the morning saying they will be dropping off the item around 8 and it was raining. I asked to come around 9 and the delivery guy said “no”. Not to mention the cabinet arrived damaged. Both doors have broken/ loose pieces, whoever put the screws in cracked the wood, the door hinges are falling apart, and the shelves are scratched up. This was my first time ordering a furniture from this company and I don’t think I will buy anything else anymore.

Lovely design, great quality, stylish packaging, quick shipping. Not a very difficult puzzle but with 1000 pieces it can still entertain you for a bit! And it looks gooood sitting on your dining table . . .

Ordered and paid for 2 items mid January and one of was delivered 2 week later (ok - nbd). No follow up email or communication on the 2nd item. It’s been over a month now. Recently sent a follow up email and I get an automated reply saying it would take up to 3 business days for a real person reply. I’m still hopeful I get what I ordered. Seems this is a reoccurring issue with Burke Decor as I’m seeing same complaints all over the web about this online store lagging with delivering goods to customers either at a reasonable time or AT ALL. They need to hire someone to help them figure out their logistics on delivery of products, or else they won’t have anymore customers.

I took advantage of a Boxing Day sale that Burke Decor was running when the HUGE mirror I wanted was discounted, but then they were running a promo code for an even bigger discount on top of the sale, so it was too hard to pass up. While there was a slight delay in delivery (roughly 2-3 weeks), I was able to chat with one of their reps using their online chat function to find out if my product had been shipped yet. The mirror is absolutely stunning - a real show-stopper in my living room.

One of the worse online retail business - very suspicious operation. Ordered an item, was immediately charged to my cc, no status response, no communication for 10 days. I reversed payment with my credit card, called and left a vm at Burke there is no customer service. Horrendous.

I've purchased many items from Burke Decor, but won't any more. While the occasional transaction goes well, more often than not items take weeks (>1 month) to ship. Rather than proactively provide notification of shipping delays, Burke leaves you to wonder where your items are. Upon inquiring, Burke has told me more than once that my order cannot be fulfilled at all due to production issues or otherwise, and offered an exchange for a different item (not a refund). While the website offers a nicely curated collection of items, purchasing from Burke isn't worth the unreliable delivery and lazy customer service.

We ordered a couch that didn't quite fit into our space. I dealt directly with Shelia with Burke Decor and my experience could not have been better. She made sure all the steps were taken in order for us to exchange our couch for another one with Burke. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Working with logistics on such a large item like a couch is daunting but Shelia went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of.

ORDERED A SIDE TABLE AND A FEW ITEMS. BEST PRICE I CAN FIND ANYWHERE. GREAT ASSORTMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible company!! Doesn't honor discount codes that it advertises. Tool my money immediately, but will not answer emails. Forget trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone, as they will not ever answer. Guess I can just kiss that money goodbye!!

I ordered a decor object which had a slight shipping delay but just about every company has experienced this in 2020 with the pandemic. I knew there was a delay and was fine waiting. My product arrived well packaged and undamaged. Very happy with my purchase.

We are quite satisfied with our experience ordering Chi bar stools from Burke Decor. Their pricing matches best in market and includes free shipping. In all cases the pieces of furniture we ordered arrived packaged safely and in a reasonable time period several weeks after ordering. We love their product assortment: clean, modern lines in cool, modern colors. In particular, the Chi bar stools we bought (tarnished sliver velour seats with brushed stainless frames) are light and airy, yet substantial (in design and utility) at the same time. We bought them for the bar that transitions our living space to the kitchen space in our townhome and we love both the look and feel of them. We will order from Burke Decor again without hesitation.

I ordered $4000 dining table and coffee table in August. The website said delivery in November. They never contacted me about any delay. I contacted them and they said December. They never contacted me again. I contacted them today and they said April and June 2021. Who does this? This company will go out of business.
