I recently ordered a beautiful item from Chairish that I was extremely excited to receive. Unfortunately, when the very heavy figurine arrived, it had broken in transit into two pieces. The good news is that with effort I believed it could be repaired, and I sent photos to Chairish to explain the conditions surrounding my desire to keep it, specifically, that the seller pay the shipping, processing and tax. I believed the item had not been prepared by the seller in a secure enough fashion, given its weight, for shipping. But then from nowhere, wonderful Tamara entered the conversation to declare that after having reviewed my photos and emails, the small discount I was requesting was out of the question, that I had endured enough explaining, and that I was being fully refunded for the broken item in the hope it would help ease my sense of disappointment and also keep whole my love of Chairish and faith in its customer support. Tamara was amazing. She enabled me to feel heard in that her email to me spoke to my disappointment and sensed my "hurt fatigue." All Chairish customers know the sense of excitement we feel when "scoring" a much desired item. Tamara understood I was willing to accept damaged goods for what was no fault of my own, and she was not having that outcome. Instead, Tamara made the decision that I should bear no cost for the unfortunate item, and that it was mine to repair if I chose to do so. I'm on air. This was more than customer support; it was customer uplifting, and I will cherish Chairish even more. The French say, "May no good deed go unpunished." Well, thanks to support people like Tamara, the company is just going to have to endure my (as well as my friends and family) shopping for the years to come. Love Chairish! Loyal Customer

I recently purchased a couch and when it arrived there was an issue that was not indicated in the for sale posting. After bringing it to Chairish's attention they promptly contacted the seller and we both agreed on a very equitably settlement. Thanks Chairish, I'll be a returning customer!

I was fortunate enough to participate in the Betty White auction and wound up with a yellow bamboo dresser. There was a desk that matched, but unfortunately, I was outbid. Lo and behold, I found it On this website it matches perfectly. It’s in phenomenally wonderful condition. I love love love love love love love it the delivery people were so professional and so sweet and so nice and placed it exactly where I wanted it now I want to paint my whole room, yellow, wonderful, wonderful people, and I will continue to check out their website for other wonderful items.

There was a slight snafu with my order. Could not have been more impressed or happier with the quick response time from Chairish and the seller regarding the issue and even more importantly how quickly they remedied it. Even more impressive both Chairish and the seller reached out to me on the day of the scheduled delivery to make sure I had received the additional package and to ensure that I was happy. Would 100 recommend Chairish to anyone. Not my first purchase with them, albeit first (and minor issue) and not my last order.

My new chair is perfect! All of the details about the chair were fully described. The delivery of the chair was much faster than I expected and everything went smoothly. Overall, I am delighted with this transaction. Love the chair! I will be looking for my next purchase. Unfortunately, the Charish transportation fees are too costly. I do appreciate the seller find a more reasonable fee for transporting the chair.

I bought a Lane walnut and ash table that I had seen on Chairish and was able to pick it up myself last weekend. Mcm in Norwood were the sellers and were fantastic. Such a beautiful piece. Love it!

Absolutely terrible service. Despite their "guarantee", that online purchases will be delivered, an antique dresser that I purchased in Italy for $1,600 never arrived. When I inquired after three months of waiting, I was informed it had been loaded "yesterday"! Somebody dropped the ball or is stringing me along ... there is no bill of lading, no tracking number, no vessel or route listed, no shipping company, port of departure, nothing. Yet this delivery "service" costs $1,000! Even the Italian seller's identity has been hidden so there is no way to contact them directly. I am leaving as many warnings on as many sites as I can -- do not trust Chairish for international purchases or shipping. They are partnering with some questionable dealers!
