I ordered two of the Chinese chippendale side chairs in the French stain and they are stunning!! The customer service and white glove delivery was amazing!! I love them so much I have just ordered two more to complete my dining set. They are extremely comfortable and well made!

I cannot say enough about Charlotte & Ivy. I ordered lighting for my new house through them and they were fantastic. Hilary kept me updated when items were shipping as some were backordered. I loved that she helped me with some design issues and recommended lights that would work in my space.

I am taking the time to write a review because I have never been more impressed with any retailer, ever. I ordered 2 large pieces from Charlotte and Ivy; the Vincennes Cane bed and the French bombe TV cabinet. From the moment I placed my order, I was in good hands with Hilary, who cheerfully kept me updated about my estimated delivery dates, and even sent me photos of the piece from their warehouse. I had some trouble scheduling the armoire because of my work schedule, but Hilary made miracles happen and got me a perfect delivery date that suited my schedule. Her incredibly friendly responses to my inquiries were almost instantaneous, it was just amazing! And the pieces themselves are just beautiful and of very high quality; they both exceeded my expectations and look lovely in my new house! I look forward to shopping with C & I again!

This is the first time I've actively sought out a place to rave about an experience working with a business. I worked with Hilary at Charlotte and Ivy and from the first email I sent her (over nine months ago) she has been gracious, helpful, thoughtful and genuinely concerned about me, my family and finding the best pieces for me. I've had great customer service before but this company is at a whole other level. For several months I emailed asking questions (lots and lots of questions) about their gorgeous Chippendale dining chairs. Like so many others I was nervous about ordering high end furniture online. While still waffling on the chairs I ordered a side table that has been a perfect addition. I have two young boys so I need sturdy pieces and this is the best of both, sturdy and gorgeous. In December I ordered six of their hand made Chippendale dining side chairs. I knew the six month wait would feel long but when they finally arrived it was well worth it. They are absolutely gorgeous and I love the removable seat, making reupholstery very easy. This is a company I will go back to time and time again both because I love their pieces and because their customer service is unparalleled.

I purchased a french inlay dresser from them -- a little nervous purchasing such an expensive piece site unseen, but it looked so amazing on the site I couldn't resist. Relieved to say it and the service exceeded all expectations! First of, the piece is even more gorgeous in person. Beautiful craftsmanship and it gets commented on constantly. Secondly, the service and personal care they provided was AMAZING. Hillary called to discuss shipping and made sure to assure me of the quality of their shippers (they were great), and outline the timing and just make that personal connection. I had a tiny issue with one of the drawer glides being bent and I called them and she again was outstanding-- taking care of finding and sending someone trustworthy in my area to come replace it and all the details. I have ordered 6 of their beautiful Chippendale chairs now too, and so excited to see them arrive. Their selection will be one of my first destinations next time I'm browsing for pieces. Their taste and curated selection is lovely, quality high, and their service is TRULY exceptional. So thrilled to have discovered them!!!

Bought a French cane bed from here and they did a custom finish on it. I can't stop staring at my guest bedroom, it looks gorgeous! Very nice people too!

I purchased a dining table and chairs from charlotteandivy.com and I LOVE them. They are even more gorgeous in person. Items shipped separately, I wish they had come together. The whole website has really special and unique pieces. Will definitely shop here again.

Got great price on a wool rug that turned out gorgeous in person. Couldn't love it more. Site has a really nice selection of high-quality, tasteful rugs. Appreciate having a curated group of products to choose from!

I ordered from Charlotte and Ivy recently and had such a pleasant experience. Excellent communication, were able to accommodate a last minute shipping change request, and everything arrived even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I will definitely be ordering from here again, the rug selection is incredible!
