Ordered a sofa, 2 matching ottomans an 2 large chairs. First is delivery. They take forever and only deliver once a month (if you are lucky). The 2 matching ottomans were different sizes. One was about an inch higher and wider than the other. After repeated attempts to contact them and threatening a lawsuit, they picked both of them up. They brought 2 new ones back 6 weeks later and there was still one bigger than the other. They sit side by side in our living room and it’s the first thing you notice. After another month of repeated calls and emails they finally responded that they would “fix” one of them. That was 6 weeks ago again. Now I get no response after I call and email. Do NOT order from these guys. You are putting your money at risk if there are any issues at all and they will never respond.

I have dreamed if my Leaf colored sofa for years but it came to me with a 5" ring in the right side back, a prominent and noticable area. So disappointed. I am getting no help. Their people are saying that a 5" perfect circle is "natural" and I should buff it or would have to pay a restocking fee to return! It looks like a 5" can was left on the leather before installing, they noticed the ring, and then tried to buff out the ring, but it is still very noticable. This is a nightmare! Stress and no customer service.

We love the furniture we have purchased from CoCoCo. We purchased a chesterfield 6 years ago and recently went back for another sofa, two chairs and two ottomans. All are great quality, beautiful materials and designs. Shout-out for customer service! Had a small blemish on a leather chair and it was repaired perfectly. It does take some time but this isn't an off-the-shelf product. Be patient and you will be happy with the end result.

We ordered a chesterfield chair from them and I had high expectations, and they managed to exceed them. It WILL take time to have it made, but WOW. A statement piece and one that will last a lifetime.

I absolutely love my chesterfield. I've had it for 2 months. Yes, it took awhile (especially once it left the factory) and you aren't going to get automated updates. But, I knew that going in, so I didn't really care. I worked directly with Steve and had a great experience. First, he sent me samples and then about a year later, when I was ready to purchase, I decided to fly to NC and make my decision in the store, which I really recommend. Picking a fabric from a tiny little sample is really risky for such an expensive purchase, so it was worth it to me to fly in (plus there is some good hiking nearby). I ended up with a different material and color than I would have otherwise purchased. Plus then I could easily walk around and say, this size, these nails, these legs, this shape. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice, it's such a beautiful lush color. My brother told me that now that I have such a fancy couch, I need to get rid of everything else and start over!

Nice furniture - disorganized customer service.
Furniture craftsmanship was good, with a few minor issues. Unfortunately, arranging for repairs was a long and trying process. Hope you have better experience working with Cococo locally than I did working with them from 1500+ miles away

The Monroe sectional is beyond my expectations and well worth the wait. The Sundance "nutmeg" leather is gorgeous! I chose this over the RH Maxwell because of the cost point and am thrilled to find the same quality AND from a US company.

My husband and I drove the 3+ hours to the Atlanta Buckhead location to view the couch we'd loved online, in person. We were immediately greeted by a saleswoman, who asked us for our patience as she finished up with another customer. The store's four-legged volunteer joined us as we walked around testing the various display sofas. Shortly, the salesperson joined us and helped us tremendously with deciding on couch depth, length, color, etc. The in-store experience was very welcoming and we placed our order, paying the 50% deposit, right then. We were assured that we'd have the sofa by Memorial Day.
At 9-weeks post order, I called the Atlanta store to inquire about the status of production as their guarantee states that if production is expected to exceed eight weeks, someone would be in contact to keep the customer apprised of its status. I was informed that someone would check on my order, but I never received a call back. Three days later, I emailed the address posted online to ask the same question. I received a pretty prompt response similar to what I was told via phone a few days prior. Another three days passed, and no response. I called the NC location and was told that my couch was just about complete and I should hear back by the end of the week to arrange shipping. To further express my concern, I asked to be connected with someone in Management. He wasn't available, so I left a message. I never received a call back. Today marks 11 weeks since I placed the sofa order, and I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding its status or to arrange shipping. I'm hoping this review spurs someone to respond soon.
I'm a bit disappointed with the broken promises and lack of communication on the part of COCOCO. We had such high expectations based on reviews, blog posts, and the in-store experience.

i am very sorry we let you down in terms of communication about your order. One of the challenges with rapid growth is keeping up with systems that allow for real time and accurate communication when there is an issue which delays an order. In this case, the leather shipped to us for your order, which was already a bit, late, proved to be insufficient to complete the order and an additional hide had to be ordered which knocked it back a couple of weeks. The frustration on our end was in getting timely and accurate information from our production side so we would follow up with you. This was not the fault of Kari or Lilli in the showroom. They were put in a bad position and we are working to make sure we clean up the internal communication issue.

I made a special trip to NC so that I could see and sit in their furniture in person. I am SO glad I did. It was a fantastic buying experience. First of all, before I went, I had a great email exchange with Gina, who is a designer, and she sent me tons of samples fabrics. I thought I wanted a SOHO Chesterfield and some slope arm chairs. Well, they were in fact beautiful and comfortable. But after sitting in some of the other furniture they make, I ended up changing my plan entirely to a Monroe sofa and chairs and four Raleigh chairs. The Monroe sofa and chairs were just ridiculously comfortable, with clean timeless line. The Raleigh chairs are not only one of a kind in style, they have a really great sit. Gina and Jennifer were terrific in listening to me, assessing options with my floor plan, helping me weigh pros and cons and selecting sample leathers fabrics. Steve, the owner, also lent his expertise and advice. Where else do you get this kind of attention, for well made furniture that costs a lot less than the high end big box retailers? I ended up meeting with them three times over three days and came away with a perfect furniture plan. Will post again after the furniture arrives, but I could not be more pleased with the care and attention they put into the product they make and the customers they serve.

Just had my new Lexington sofa delivered and I cannot be happier! I've loved the RH Lancaster couch for a while but had concerns about build quality now that its outsourced to China. After doing some research I found COCOCO Home and decided to go with them instead. The process was overall very easy and the staff was easy to deal with, especially Steve who was extremely quick and helpful via email to answer my questions.
They met the quoted build time and delivery was even faster than expected. From order to delivery took about 2 months.
I was nervous about buying something so expensive without sitting in it or touching it but it lived up to all my expectations. And the quality is great! I would highly recommend this company. And its nice to support an American company!

I was so excited to order a custom chesterfield sofa from COCOCO. I did a lot of research before ordering and decided to go ahead with the project. I loved the sofa when it arrived. Unfortunately within only a few months, one of the buttons popped off the back. Just a few weeks ago, a second button popped. I've only had this couch for about a year and it's barely used. We watch tv on it for maybe 1-2 hours a night and there's some days it's not used at all. I'm extremely disappointed as this sofa cost over $2000. I contacted COCOCO when the first button popped and they sent me a tool to fix it which did not work. Now I'm going to have to hire someone to professionally fix the sofa that barely gets used. It's frustrating considering I was so excited to get a quality piece.

We ship in excess of 10,000 buttons each month on our various Chesterfield pieces. The occurrence of a button coming loose is rare, but it does happen on occasion. When it does, our practice is to offer the opportunity to have us send a tool which can be used to fix the button, as was done in your case. Most customers find this empowering and do not have difficulty with the repair. If a customer is uncomfortable with that process we will send a professional in to fix the problem.
It is very rare to have multiple buttons come loose and when something like this happens we will typically either enlist a local technician to fix it, or pick the piece up and bring it back to completely re-work the tufting.
