“We purchased a kitchen table and chairs and a TV console. I live in MA but was visiting a friend who lived near the showroom. I went in to just get ideas, but Rod was so helpful and friendly that I asked if there was any way I could purchase from him. He said they do that all the time. I got to pick out exactly what I wanted, choose my wood, stain color, chair type, table pedestal. It was fantastic. Rod sent me color swatches of wood to try at home. Even with the delivery charge it still cost me less that what it would have cost me to buy something from a big box store and the quality and selection was so much better. The delivery process went extremely smoothly. When the items were ready I was given a delivery day and the night before they called to give me a 2 hour window for the delivery. The delivery people were friendly, prompt, very careful with everything, and took away all the packing material. I could not have asked for a better experience all around. In the future if I have any furniture needs I will be shopping at Geitgey's.”
