I was very excited to receive my order from the company I placed it in December of 2022 and never received a confirmation email nor tracking number on my order. So, I assumed that they were busy with the orders from the season as I recall a notification saying that orders may be delayed due to the holiday season. Thus, I presumed that my order would most likely come in January. Months go by and I don't get any confirmation update, from COWHIDES DIRECT or from UPS or fedex or any carrier so I know something is wrong. I call, They tell me the order went through but they give me flimsy excuses and no evidence that the order went out. How do I know they even sent it out? I don't, they didn't offer me any evidence, I asked to see the invoice. It was marked as delivered, but I would've been notified of a delivery as I get UPS/FEDex updates on my business account. As well as camera proof watching my delivery area. The woman on the phone, basically said "that's a you problem". I asked and they didn't seem to have any way to confirm that maybe they charged me but never ACTUALLY SENT the order, and didn't seem to care. So, if you want to throw away $1,000++++ on a total scam website, please feel free. They may just not send it out, or care, who knows.
