I could not be happier with this company. I have ordered 2 costume made chaise lounges cushions, since I live in Florida, I have picked sunbrella fabric. The manufacture is perfect, since one month they are getting a lot of rain, they dry fast and look perfect. I think they prices are very competitive and their costumer service is excellent! I will order from them again.

Not the experience one hopes and expects.
I'd inherited window seat cushions made by this company from the previous homeowner and was pleased with the quality, though not my design style. I decided to order updated window seat cushions, after receiving a lovely linen-blend fabric sample.
However, upon receipt of the cushion covers, I noticed the fabric did not have the appearance of linen and was "fuzzy" to the touch. It looked very different from the sample I'd received. Immediately, I called this company and while on the phone with the associate, I realized the fabric had been sewn inside out and explained to her what had occurred. She requested photos, which I sent. She then called back to inform me they would do nothing because the fabric was sewn on the correct side. I then spoke with a supervisor who requested I send a copy of the fabric swatch I'd received. Incredibly, she stated that it appeared the label on the fabric swatch had been tampered with (by me, I presumed), meanwhile insisting repeatedly the "fuzzy" cover was correct.
Without going into further details, I am glad to report that so far, I haven't had to resort to contacting my credit card company to intervene. I returned the "fuzzy" covers and they have shipped me the covers sewn correctly (I hope), but not without some harrowing moments and unnecessary emotional distress.

Had a custom bay window cushion made and first off the website does not catch that a custom made bay window would need the zipper on the short side vs the long side. So we have a custom made $800 cushion with a zipper in the front. The foam inside the cushion is smaller than needed so the actual cushion material twists around the padding and makes it look like a slipping old couch cushion. Customer service offered to fix there mistake because of the zipper on the wrong side of the cushion for another $400.00. Make sure you shop around first and read reviews and make sure you get the correct amount of foam for your cushion so you don't have this issue.

Just received my order of indoor sofa cushions, order with all possible options for better comfort but received low grade bad quality foam which can't hold 160 pounds body. Very uncomfortable to seat on it. Contacted customer service and got brush- off without any options for the replacement

Such a great experience…I ordered 8 cushions online: two sofa bottoms and six pillows (inserts only). The staff at Cushion Source are very pleasant and instructed me exactly how to properly measure for my order. When the cushions arrived via FedEx, they fit perfectly into my sleeves and are really comfortable. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Cushion Source for your replacement cushions!

I placed an order on May the 8th. Ship date was supposed to be June 5th. It was pushed to June 12th then June 15th. Now it’s the 16th and customer service has no idea what the schedule is for shipping. I would not have ordered the product if I had know they would not meet the ship date.

Company did not honor the promised delivery date. Zero communication from them to discuss when product will get delivered. To me communication with a client is EVERYTHING. They dropped the ball on this one and lost any potential sells.

Cushion Source saved the day. I needed banquet seats and backs for a store opening and I needed them in 7 days. I thought it was a long-shot but I called and asked about rushing the order and the rep I spoke with was amazing. She was able to place the fabric order and confirm that they could meet my deadline within 15 minutes. To top it off, the cushions arrived 2 days early and were perfect. The workmanship is great and you can't beat the price. I will definitely use Cushion Source again.

I just received my cushions from Cushion Source. I am extremely pleased. The cushions are exactly what I ordered -- correct dimensions and fabrics. They are well made. They are reasonably priced and arrived on time. I will be ordering more cushions from Cushion Source!

I've thought long and hard about doing this review but the interaction I just had again with a specific customer service rep made it clear I should submit it. Peggy McFaden is the rep I was dealing with and I have never been left feeling so bad after dealing with Customer Service ever in my life. If there is a recording of our calls, you can hear the attitude and dismissiveness and I just don't know why someone would talk to a customer like that. I just need help with the order I received and am just trying to figure out the best course of action, but I feel like she’s somehow doing a job she doesn’t like and I’m disturbing her.
Back in early July I placed an order through Shay Thorton. After initially speaking with her on the phone, she asked me to send photos of exactly what I was looking for as I wanted a specific wrapping of the fabric and seam placement. She sent an updated quote with the Style listed as ‘Wrapped Boxed Edge’ and she confirmed via email that this description matches what I am looking for and the pictures I had sent.
Fast forward to a few days ago when I received my order, I noticed a couple things. (1) The wrapping style did not match the photos I had sent. (2) One of the cushions is not laying flat on the ends and no matter what I do to readjust the cushion, it still curls up on the ends. There is also a really hard edge where it looks like 2 foam pieces were glued together making it uncomfortable to sit on. The other cushion, however, looks great aside from the fabric wrapping style.
I called yesterday to see if anything can be done and spoke to Peggy McFaden. This was the first call where I felt really bad after speaking with her, but nonetheless proceeded to go through the process with her. She asked me to send pictures, which I did while also thanking her for her time on the phone and she responded letting me know she would forward to the production manager for review. I called this morning to see if there were any updates and unfortunately, she was the one who picked up and told me she sent to the production manager and if she ever heard back she’ll contact me. She sounded so annoyed and I don’t know if I’m ever actually going to get any help from her.
I would like to place another order for some large sectional couch cushions and know the proper specification on the upholstery style I should call out which is why I would like to get some help. However, I don’t know if and when I’ll get some assistance and at this point am afraid to call if Peggy will be the one to pick up. Getting the initial order resolved would be helpful, but don’t know what to do at this point. I have also seen pictures of cushions in that exact style on your website so I know it is possible, I just don’t know what the right description is. From what I can see, Cushion Source is a great company but the service I got from a very specific individual does not reflect that, only from my personal experience. I hope that I will hear back and get this all taken care of and be able to place another order especially since it takes so long to receive the product.

I should rate 100 stars! I am very happy and pleased with my 6 cushions. Christie in Montgomery was so very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. 2 small cushions had zipper on wrong side but they will replace and they had fedex come pick them up for me to fix.
Excellent quality and I just love them.
All I want to do is sit on my new cushions!!
Highly recommended.
