Great experience . I purchased a bed set and leather chair. The communication was excellent. The individual was very knowledgable about the products and helpful. She had a nice attitude and patience in answering all my questions. She communicated with me until the shipment arrived and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction. It was a pleasurable experience and I would without hesitation use this company again in the future.

I had an issue with an item I ordered through Custom Furniture World. Dina (owner) was the BEST to work with...from the moment I presented the problem she took care of it, even following up with me to insure that I had received full credit for my purchase from the manufacturer. Her attitude and actions really made me feel she 'gets it' when it comes to her customers' satisfaction. I give this business owner KUDOs for customer service!

I was first impressed by the fact that my call was answered because I was calling late in the evening. You person who answered really knew her stuff so it wasn't someone just manning the phones. I don't have too much to say just that I was able to get my questions answered, order my piece and I was kept apprised of my delivery time.

Commented: What is the seat upholstered with? Leather? Fabeic?It comes with muslin. You can put on your own option once you receive it or you can send us the fabric and we can put it on for an additional price.
