In addition to creating a great piece of furniture, Clear Modern provided awesome customer service. I received prompt responses to my questions. I placed my order on November 8th and received it on November 29th. Shipping was excellent and my piece was very well packaged and protected. I felt the price for this custom piece was fair. (I received bids from 2 other vendors for comparison.) My home and furnishings are mostly traditional and this piece fits in beautifully. At the time they did not but after a few months he did happen to get one and contacted me and let me know if I was still interested. How nice for him to remember me and what I wanted. I certainly was and it was perfect. But I was in the middle of selling and moving to another state, he so very kindly offered to hold it until I was ready. His experts also made sure everything was finished on the cabinet beautifully! After many months, I moved and settled in, and finally was able to take delivery of my new bar! I LOVE it!
