Fantastic and unexpected service from Bill! Faced with doing the day job and not having the time to physically go to a store, I was tasked with purchasing items to decorate our company lobby. I didnt really know if the items I was looking at would fit in the lobby so I sent a basic customer message and was pleasantly surprised when Bill called me back within 15 minutes. He and I worked together extensively on choosing products that would create the right corporate image as well be functional for guests and visitors.
