I'm very happy with my purchase of Douglas Nance teak patio furniture. I bought several pieces including lounge chairs and a dining set. The sales person was very helpful. I will be purchasing more furniture from them and I will definitely be recommending them my family and friends.

Purchased six Adirondack chairs from this company. I must say that the are the finest Adirondacks I have ever owned. It was a lrage purchase and was a bit concerned about cost but after we assembled and set them around the firepit I am extremely satisfied. They seem like very kind people to deal with but bottom line its the product that matters. I would highly recommend the Douglas Nance Adirondack chairs to anyone in the market for great looking teak!

purchased 2 teak adirondack chairs & a 4 foot bench. both required some assembly. first let me say im a pretty decent wrench & can find my way around a set of instructions. unfortunately, several of the pilot holes didnt line up which created a need for expanding. also the instructions included w/ the chairs must have been for a different model year b/c there were noticeable differences in the schematic & the pieces i received. both the chairs & the bench required some final sanding as there were many burrs on the arms, seat & back rest. all in all, solid furniture. just thought for the price i paid i would be getting a higher quality product. purchased in december '13 so ill see how they hold up.

I have made several purchases of high quality Adirondack chairs and tables from Atlantic Adirondack. They provide prompt service and competititve prices. They were also very quick to respond and very customer focused when I had a problem with one of hte items. I would recommend them.

We ordered a set of patio furniture from Atlantic Patio and their service was fantastic. I was very nervous to make such a big purchase online but the set I wanted was not available locally. Atlantic Patio confirmed the order right away and was in touch via email that it was processing and they would let us know about setting up the delivery. We were then contacted by the freight company and they were able to deliver the next day. We had one issue with the order (turns out we ordered an umbrella stand that was too big). Atlantic Patio responded promptly and was very helpful to help us resolve the issue. We are very happy with both the patio set and the service we received from Atlantic Patio.

I used this company to order four teak patio chairs. They served as the middle man for the manufacturing company. When we were putting together the first chair, there was a flaw in the construction that caused the wood to split. I emailed Atlantic and told them the problem, stated our desire to have a replacement part sent, and they replied very promptly about solving the issue. However, as the days went on, I could tell that the manufacturer was giving them a lot of grief about them supplying us with a replacement. This is where Customer Service (and in particular Shelly Terrana) shows what they are made of. Shelly stuck with it, got a whole new chair sent to us and arranged the pick up of the original. She was always available to answer questions, email, and even share a few laughs about the process. She was through, professional and courteous. While I may never again buy furniture from that manufacturer, I will always go to Atlantic Patio Furniture first for anything I need.

We got the "Texas" Adirondack chairs for out Tiki Hut in the backyard in West Palm Beach. Perfect! It's a classic and very ample in the curves and space to hold you in. I tried other Home Depot/Lowes imports but they were nowhere near the quality and perfection of these chairs. The staff at APF was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the Atlantic Adirondack chairs and Dover backless benches. The sales associate was very helpful and I love all the furniture. Excellent quality! I have referred Atlantic Patio Furniture Co to several of my friends and family.

I have 4 of the Adirondack chairs and keep them on my back patio year round. They are amazingly comfortable, were no trouble to put together. The shipping was quick and packaging was in great shape when it arrived. I will be purchasing more products from this company as I have seen many items on the web site that would be a great addition to my outdoor spaces.
