“In July of 2024 I approached Jonathan with a custom, pantry cabinet, project. I needed a large, tall,, all wood cabinet with doors inside and outside and lots of shelves. I did the best I could to describe the pantry and Jonathan took care of everything else. I was kept up to date on it's development routinely and it was completed within a mutually agreeable period of time. Delivery was not easy; up hill and with steps, but the young men that carried it into my house did an excellent job. When they removed the outer protection, WOW was I pleased. The cabinet is beautiful and just what I needed. I returned to Under The Roof to look for a bookcase but instead found an incredibly comfortable reclining Bassett chair. The chair was good to go, but I needed more time to make room for it. Leaving the chair at the store for an additional week + was acceptable. This chair was going into a small room with an unusual entrance at the end of a narrow hallway. The delivery staff actually measured the hall and the entry to the room before attempting to put the chair in the room. Once again, Jonathan was a pleasure to work with.
