We hate to see this review of our family business especially during this pandemic. The entire country shut down starting in March, with the majority of our factories stopping all production to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Unfortunately, you special ordered furniture right when all of this started.
Since, we are a locally owned family business, we are able to work with any of our customers on a case by case basis to make sure their experience is a 5 star experience. We are always willing to help our customers. With most of our manufacturers just getting back to work we are trying our best to get all of our customers updates on their orders. Please be patient with not only our store but other retailers right now-especially the small businesses. We would be happy to apply your down payment to something in stock if you need your furniture right away and cannot wait for the factories to get up and running.

We offer our in-home design consultation services to any potential customer and we take these appointments very seriously.
I remember this day as the design consultant was looking forward to working with you in your home and he was ready to leave when a couple of new customers walked in the door. He had every intention of calling and re-scheduling when he had a free moment.
